Some have asked, so I lazily made this video of course!
This video shows my path, maps, and the routes I use when looking for three of the most essential thralls. A Bladesmith, Shieldwright, and Yogs Chosen.
If you are new to Conan and finding thralls maybe this video can help you. Maybe even experienced players can learn a thing or two. Who knows.

Thanks for putting this together. Even after 1300 hours I still enjoy a scenic run around the Exiled Lands, it's beautiful. I have never even seen some of the thralls you came across. I also have a route I run from the Unsightly Isle to Sep City and as far as the Mounds.

Hey, if it works awesome! One thing I'd note though, is the Darfari have NO blacksmith thralls. So the first chunk of your run has 0 chance of that particular important crafter. Just thought I'd give a reminder....

I usually put my PVE starting base next to Sepermeru : lot of interesting named craft thralls there and some good fighters to begin with too, plus lot of interesting ressources near and easy to defend spot on the plateau north to the city... plus Conan in the tavern, what more could you want ?! ;D

I got 3 bladesmith, all from Sepemuru. It’s T4 dancers I can’t never find. The only one I can find is Luba.

I honestly never thought to go to those places. Thank you for the info. Quick question, is the black galleon worth going to get thralls at? I’ve been away from the game for a while and I’ve heard that recent updates have ruined the black galleon for T4 thralls. Just curious is all.

It does not seem to be the hot spot it once was but you can still get lucky from time to time. I would say if you live close to it clear it every so often to see if you get lucky, but if it's out of the way for you, don't sweat it too much.

Ah gotcha, yeah I don’t go out that way much since I’ve started playing again. I’ve been finding a lot of T4 thralls in the Wolfs Den. More than I use to remember. That’s why I was glad to see your route was not far from the Wolfs Den so I’m gonna add those places to my route.

Age of War update: Most T4 crafter thralls are really easy to get these days with blood crystals. Both the Summoning Place and Sinners Refuge have fallen off a bit because you can buy almost all of the types of crafters who have increased spawn chances at these places at Mek-Kamoses Spire now. All you need is a Black Blood Pick which you can also buy there and you ll have plenty of blood crystals. But some very important crafters still need to get hunted. Sepermeru is still the best place to get a Shieldwright Armorer and all kinds of T4 Blacksmiths. There re no increased spawn chances but many possible ones with the right guys on the table. And T4 Blacksmiths got completely removed from Darfari Camps. So its not worth your time hunting crafters there. Diferent story for fighters and priests of course.

You can’t buy shieldwrights with blood crystals. None of them are in the pool.

Yeah I have watched a few named thralls be butchered before my eyes while I frantically tried to save them, only to be the reason they perished...

I have never seen so many named thrall spawns in such short proximity to each other.. Is there a setting to increase the spawn rate on your server? I just spent like 4 hours going through the city only to find 2 named thralls. ='(

I spent a couple hours on my private server with respawn rates turned up. A lot of thralls fell that day in my attempts to showcase the possibilities of what can spawn.

I was going to say the same thing. I've never seen that many named thralls in one run. You're lucky to get one per camp, except for sinners refuge. You can sometimes get two.

Im new to the game i got my first named thrall how do i tell the difference between T1-T4 thralls ? Sorry if its a daft question im only playing single player mode at the moment Is there a way to highlight players from a distance so you know who are the thralls ? Im on ps5

It says tier 1, 2 or 3. If it's named with yellow it's a t4 thrall. In some locations tier 4 thralls are taller than the rest.

Just look out for the gold border around the health bar r3 will target any enemies you come across

You should maybe say that you used a mod to make all tier 4 thralls to always spawn, (maybe you talked about it and i missed it) with the vanilla settings it can take ages to get those thralls at those locations. Some people may follow your advice and end up disapointed to find nothing like this.

First things first, I did not use a mod. I took the time to farm the camps until named thralls spawned, to showcase to people the possibilities. Secondly, I would assume my audience is capable of understanding the rng in this game and did not feel it needed to be explained. Third I mentioned how long I will run this loop looking for thralls so I feel that is more than enough information to understand the percentage of finding named thralls.

@@Mahazioth So why when you run trough the Darfari temple zone you get all the named thralls in the same run, it's just not possible. If it's a montage you are just a genius, because i cannot see it. But it's not a problem if you do it to show where the thralls can spawn. Every other youtuber who have done it have done it this way, no need to justify yourself. No one is calling you a cheater, i guess you realize you are making this video to give information not to show up your skills.

@@h7hj59fh3f Yes of course you can do this with the respawn time, i did it many times to see who spawns where but it's quite a tedious way to to it. There is a little mod that makes the tier 4 to always spawn, it's very nice when you want to make such a video because it makes you spare a lot of time. This mods come with different settings you can also set it to make high tier thrall to spawn more often. I have it installed so i can get tier 4 easier and it also makes the fights much more difficult because you are facing tier 4 and tier 3 fighters instead of low level ones. So catching a thrall is much more difficult but you have the satisfaction to get good ones.

just a question. does race matter for thralls or just the tier?

Not race but tier. So say lone fisherman that spawns in the city. Since it's classed as a purge thrall it crafts a tad faster than say a normal tier 4 cook you find on the map. Same with Witch Doctors from the Darfari camps.

Except that the Darfari don't have blacksmiths. As in zero. So if that's specifically what you need, you can skip the first half of the run.

If you play official farm the city in b7 it’s the best for tier 4 thrills I’ve gotten every thrall I could possibly need don’t bother going to all these other spots cause there asscheeks

9 out of 10 times you get the tier 4 thralls you need because you're using an addon to make them spawn lol.

This video is useless if you're not playing on a private server. You can't manipulate the settings on a public server to get these results. This won't help new players at all, and anyone who isn't new to the game has already figured out how to get named thralls to appear. How do I know? Because I have friends who have watched this video and after days of trying to get these results ended up terribly disappointed. Even if you aren't using a mod, it's dishonest to show something like this that can't be achieved without some sort of assistance. I don't want to say you cheated, by turning up the respawn rate, but it may as well be.

This is going to come off rude but, are you ignorant? Maybe really new to the game? I say ignorant because in the video I stated I spent hours farming the thralls so it would showcase what COULD spawn there. Honestly you people who leave these long messages without actually watching the video. I farm this path on Official. I play Official. This video was made for Official Players. The reason, like I said that there are so many named thralls is because I spent hours of my life just to showcase the actual possibilities of what someone could find. My suggestion for you is to get better at the game, you and your friends.
