I think the color scheme of the last Florida Marlins styles but with the new logo. Basically what you did but making the black as the secondary the way they had it before they became Miami Marlins. That look was so clean and professional.
I love their new colors and they need to keep them (then again, the heat and especially dolphins need to make them their colors). Blue and pink is BEAUTIFUL together, but an all black alternate is a MUST. Do what Pittsburgh does and make every sports team use the same colors.
I like the solid white for home over the pinstripes. I like the pink lettering for black road alternate and teal lettering for black home alternate. These videos are fantastic! Please do more Thread Fixes!
As a Marlin fan since ever, it's. Ashame the new brand. Awful colors. They should have stay with the same colors they had. It was so we'll integrated. Just change the F for the M and that's it. The Yankees never change their kits. Keep it simple Marlins.
Awesome video, funny to me the amount of money teams spend for a rebrand to graphic designers and marketing teams only for unbearable results. However, here we are on a free video on RU-vid that is 10X better 😂.
Great video post, but I am half and half with you. Definitely the Miami Marlins are in need of a better look, like now. Going back to the old colors have worked masterfully for the San Diego Padres and Milwaukee Brewers. Back to the Miami Marlins. I'm not sold on going directly back to teal as a primary color. Only red should be the bright colors in baseball. I definitely think the Miami Marlins should keep the wood board scripts they have. As well return back to their original pin stripes. The teal should be alternates for the home version of the uniforms. They should definitely do the sleeveless vest uniforms like the Colorado Rockies do with their black sleeveless vests. Their logo is one of my favorites in all of sports. Something else I don't agree with your design. Absolutely "no piping" anywhere on their uniforms. Too many baseball teams are making a habit of copying the Detroit Tigers style. The original sports team with piping. I do agree that they not only should return to numbers on the front of their jerseys. They should make them teal as well. Final point, the road jerseys and road alternates should only say "Miami." While the home jerseys should only say "Marlins."
