Tere are three fundamental watercolor techniques:
Wet-on-dry:
The technique in watercolor, the artist applies paint to dry paper. This allows for better control over the distribution of paint and the creation of clearer details and contours, as the paint does not spread as much as when applied to a wet surface.
Wet-on-wet:
Applying wet paint onto a wet surface, allowing colors to blend and flow freely.
Layering:
Building up translucent layers of paint, allowing each layer to dry before applying the next, to achieve depth and richn
