i loved this guy's book. he's funny and he's a hell of a poker player. the last chapter was whacky LUL. i will not spoil it but let's just say he's been aroudn the block
@@philthomas4312 not really, implied odds are alot less and another players continuing range will generally reflect that when facing a bet. With deeper stacks more of you're range will be able to profitably continue.
He Hollywood's, Tanks... , says "you flop a set??? " while lookin confused (scratches his head) & makes it look like he just made the most painful fold of his life...
I take it this would be for slightly later in the tourny at say 30-50BB only and not at low levels deeper stacked ? Also, when betting 2/3rds as a pure bluff, would we need to do the same with hands like overpairs or sets or is this purely exploiting the unknown factor? So much to learn but good video!
