Loved these recipes,specifically the potatoes.Not a fan of buttermilk at all or ranch any substitutes come to mind?My favorite store bought dressing is Kens SteakHouse Vidalia Onion.Have been known to just use mayo and lemon juice occasionally.Thanks.
I don't feel like the buttermilk is too noticeable in this recipe, just gives it a nice creamy touch. You could also try swapping with some greek yogurt and milk to thin it out?
@@IWashYouDry I might just try milk,not a yogurt person either.I just did a buttermilk brine for some fried chicken only went 2 hours instead of 4-24 and it was too much couldn’t eat it.Made the dog happy.🐶Thanks for the reply.Making the potatoes today.I actually like this in fried pork chops.👍
You could have done potatoes first, and than added (olive) oil and pesto later when potatoes cool down. The way you did it - destroyed all useful enzymes from oil and pesto, destroyed almost all good ness of oil and pesto. Look at raw food benefits ...
