Wrap a butter knife in paper towel to clean your filter area under your fridge. And I use arm and hammer with oxygen clean too! Fresh scent! I used to be a huge Gain girl. But I switched. And have loved it for several years!! Thanks for the video. Great motivation. Awesome idea using your sander.
Karrie, on that oven, you can get one of those , well, they are oven liners....it looks like they are made of plastic, but they are like a thin rolled up piece of teflon like material....put on the bottom and any spillage does not stick, but you can pull it out of oven, wipe clean and replace it back in. A real time saver, and ok for the oven.
@@taylormarie6258 im not certain since i found mine at a Goodwill. But probably Walmart or maybe Amazon I'm guessing. They came in a box much like a box of Aluminum Foil.

I have used foil in my oven for years. Just don’t over size the foil, it needs to lay flat. I have had no issues at all. I just need some of your energy. At 72 mine is sporadic….lol. Love your videos. God’s blessings ladybug.

I spray fume free easy off oven cleaner in the bottom of my oven and shut the door and go to bed, the next morning I just have to wipe it out with paper towels. Been doing it for years and it always works like a charm. I’m cleaning out my fridge now, you motivated me! ❤️
😂😂😂 Using the sander was genius!!! I love it and im totally going to try that on mine. I dread cleaning the oven because like you said, it absolutely kills my wrist. I had carpal tunnel surgery a few months ago so this will be so helpful! Tfs ❤
Easy off oven cleaner and a Brillo pad works great also. I also spray my racks with oven cleaner and put them in a plastic bag and set them outside. I rinse them off and they require very little scrubbing.
Hi Karrie just subscribed to your new channel, you give me the motivation I need to try and tackle some areas in my house, I have to go slow not only my age of 73 but I suffered a nerve injury to my right hand while in hospital for COVID and I have to do everything with my left hand. But your inspiration has helped me get up and slowly using my right hand to do simple chores as therapy. God bless you and your beautiful family ❤️

Definitely needed some motivation!! I’ve been out of town for 14 of the past 18 days this month and my house is a wreck! When I saw you doing your fridge clean out I was like “Dang it Karrie! Now I’ve got to do mine!” Lol! It needed it bad though so I’m glad you motivated me to get off my butt and get it done! By the way, am I the only one that finds 3 almost empty mustard bottles when I clean out my fridge? 🤣
Time to clean my fridge too! . I’m gonna stick with the usual vinegar and baking soda wash though. I got the power Dawn and it really works great on my pots and pans! Loved your previous video so much that I made smothered boneless chicken thighs with mashed potatoes and D day (Normandy) veggies! Tasted great! Thanks!
Always enjoy your channels. Thanks for posting. I heard that, too, about not using aluminum foil on the bottom of the oven; however, I still do. I am 75 and have been using it for years and I used to have an electric stove and now I have gas.
Great job on that oven Karrie! Lol. If you want to try a cleaner that I promise you will work...try Easy Off oven cleaner. The trick to getting it super clean is to HEAT the oven up for about 15 min on 200. After that, turn off the oven and spray everything down with the oven cleaner. Shut the door and let it sit for about an hour. Wipe up the worst of it with wet paper towels and then scrub it with hot soapy water and an SOS pad. My oven and oven door look brand new when I'm done. And I've always used foil on the bottom with no issues. I also think you can get oven liners from Amazon that are reusable. May want to try those.
I always hated cleaning my old stove oven so when I had to get a new one I got self cleaning oven this time. Plus I put the oven pad in the bottom game changer. Aways love your video's.
Oh my goodness Karrie, you are a genius using the electric sander to clean your oven!! What made you think of that? I love Dawn Powerwash! It really does work so well! I need to tackle my entire house ugh!! I truly appreciate that you're transparent about showing things that you're cleaning rather than "cleaning" by wiping down the countertops and vacuuming the floors and done. I mean we live in our homes and they're going to get dirty and messy! It's real life! Btw, when you have to ever replace your stove check into the ones with self cleaning ovens! They are so much easier it does take a couple of hours to clean and cool down but then you just wipe up the ashy stuff and it's done! I love mine! Tfs!
I was cleaning my bathroom with Comet spray from DG clearance shelf. Oh my! I was coughing and was breathing it in and i hate it. I had been using PineSol so i guess i will go back to that.🙄

Get an oven Teflon sheet! It’s like a black sheet you can put on the bottom and you can wash it. I bought for my mom a few years ago and she’s still using it!! Found it at our local hardware store but I bet you could find at Walmart or a big box hardware store near you
If you open your oven at a 45 degree angle the front will come off. Also Walmart has a fantastic oven cleaner that you spray and leave for an hour come back with hot water and a rag and it’ll come off super easy!!!

I hate cleaning the refrigerator! Oven not so much. I spray mine with Easy Off and get up the next morning and just wipe it clean. Now I know a lot of people don’t use stuff Ike that now because of toxins, but it is so easy I figure no more than anybody cleans their oven it’s not going to do that much damage. I went to Walmart last night and came home hungry lol. Had a random idea and wow! Spinach and artichoke dip with pepperoni on white flour tortillas 😍😍 SO GOOD! I made mine too salty by adding extra dip 😂

Karrie, I know this video is 2 months old so I have no idea if you'll actually see this comment, but I keep an oversized cookie sheet in my oven on the bottom rack and it keeps a lot of spills from making it all the way to the bottom! It's small enough that there is enough circulation, but large enough to catch many spills!
I use Easy Off Oven Cleaner, I even use the Walmart brand. It works on my oven and the glass cook top and the glass door of the wood burner. Highly recommend oven cleaner.
I spray it on and let it set at least 15 or 20 minutes, but if it’s a tough mess, I spray it on and leave it overnight. I clean it up with a wet cloth and then wash it out with soapy water and rinse and dry. Occasionally I’ll need to scrape something off but not usually.
Hmmm…I’ve never seen anyone take a sander to their oven, I have to admit. I usually use Easy-Off. I’ve been cutting the grass weekly thanks to all the rain and my battery always runs out before I finish. Have a blessed week. - Arlene
