Front row video I took of Three Days Grace performing “Lifetime” at the Mars Music Hall in Huntsville, Alabama I own no rights to this song. All rights to this song belong to Three Days Grace.
That first minute of the song, it was honestly chilling to hear everyone going from talking to near complete silence as the song progressed. Miss you lad
They are just amazing. Matt’a voice has gotten better and better as he’s gotten older (and myself - I’ve been a fan since I was like 16 lol I’m now 31) and he’s just adorable too! Love this song. ❤
My best friend Ryan died from a heroine overdose. We both loved 3DG! He sold his soul for a high he never caught. I love you bro! I’ll never forget you! Rest easy Ry.
I was cleaning the other day when this song came on. It made me stop in my tracks. I lost my best friend to Swine Flu of all things, back in 2017. We had been best friends in high school, joined the military together and supported each other through the years. We had that relationship that if his girlfriends didn't like me or my boyfriends didn't like him, they were out the door. Nothing separated our friendship, especially our significant others. We were family and that was that. He was the friend everyone wishes that they had. He had the biggest heart. He would give anyone the shirt off of his back. But he was a no holds barred kind of person as well. He was funny, cocky, arrogant, loving, giving, and just one hell of a person. He called people on their bullshit and was brutally honest. He and I hadn't talked in almost a year, which was not unusual for us. Time could pass and nothing ever changed our friendship. We just picked up where we left off. Anyway, he was laying heavy on my mind so I texted him the usual. "Hey asshat. Haven't heard from you in a while. When are we going to get together? " He didn't respond, which was kind of odd, but not really unusual. The next day I received a phone call from our friend Chris. He asked me, "Have you heard about Jason?" "He's in the hospital on life support." "It's not looking good bud. We need to get to the hospital." HIs entire family and friends was there. Noone was permitted back to his room due to an emergency on the unit. When it was clear, then they would allow 2 people back at a time. I left because I felt his children and family needed to see him before me. But the next day I went in to see him. Everyone except his mom had left. I went into his room. He had tubes everywhere. For the first time since we were 16 years old he was silent and just laid there, lifeless. I wanted to say, "Hey Jas, you need to pull through this." " I wanted to hold his hand and talk about old memories and give him the big Army "suck it up buttercup. Get your ass up and at em." I wanted to tell him how much he meant to me as my best friend and brother. Things you never really tell your best friend of a lifetime, especially when they are the opposite sex. Again, I withheld because his mom was in the room. (She didn't need to know the shenanigans we use to get into). Visiting hours were short because of the lateness of when I went in after my clinical rotation. Within an hour of walking out, he passed away. He was my brother and my best friend. It's been hard to deal with his death and yes, I know how long it has been. But when you lose a loved one, do you ever get over them? This song hit the nail perfectly on the head. I truly thought I had him for a lifetime and he surely wasn't the one I was suppose to lose.
This song was made right after I lost my best friend. Ive lost so many friends to the streets, the disease of addiction, mental health and insane accidents but I never thought id loose You. Love You forever Cindy.
I remember back when Adam was in the band in 2011 and he had people sing I Hate Everything About You people around me got "You Hate Everything About Me, Why Do You Love Me" line wrong. Also then, Adam did sing one or two lines of "The Good Life" different than the studio recording on Life Starts Now when I saw that back then.
Matts voice is just incredible. I don’t miss Adam at all, Matt is 1000x better and his voice gives me utter chills ❤️ can’t wait to see them live in London, UK in September
Yes I got several videos of her! I’m on a couple of flights go my next destination atm! I’ll upload those and the rest of my 3DG ones once I get to my next hotel!
When they played live with Adam, Adams voice stood out above the sound of the music. Matts is hard to hear over the band. He sings good too so it sucks. 3DG is due for another professionally recorded live show like live at the palace
His voice has grown so much :)) you can tell it’s him singing because at the bridge instead of going high he lowers it and at 3:03 his voice kind of stretches a little bit unlike the track
Song is amazing but man do they suck at selling it. Looks like hes working a 9 to 5. This might be worst than the music video of him lip singing. Song means more than i could ever express. Then seeing this makes me wish id never youtubed
