dont move to full plance untill you have a prefect straddle planche form holds every attempt. do max straddle holds with bad form + attempts with good form + adv tuck holds with perfect form. Once you can hold a perfect straddle planche every attempt, do a lot of full planche attmpts and then straddle holds.
