I think he should just give it up and retire and enjoy the rest of his life with what’s left of it. All 3 of them made a Hell Of A Lot Of Great Songs Back In The Day !
Reviews here are a great way to share one's honest opinions about a band and I get it .... This, Three Dog Night is "NOT" the original band nor do I endorse them as such. Sure the band is not the same as they were back in the late 60's but Danny Hutton sure shows us that music never dies just because we get old. Your comments are appreciated and such negativity is ok for we're all entitled to our own opinions good or bad. Just remember, it was you who searched "Three Dog Night" on RU-vid 😊 Peace ☮️
I've seen them four times since 2020. Its a great show. Danny sung lead on the original version of this song, and does great here considering he's in his 80s. Sure, we wish the original band was still around, or we had a time machine. That's not going to happen. The play all their hits over about 90 minutes and its worth every penny. This is a great video, but also understand that an iPhone video on RU-vid is not as good as being there "live". Go see them if they come to your town if its not sold out. Chances are good, you can pay less than $100 and sit in the first 10 rows.
Good gosh this is sad. With Corey Wells gone and Danny refusing to work with Chuck Negron, its time to call it a career. He is just doing elderly karaoke now.
@@invisibleman1028 Yep. Cory tried everything to get him back but Danny said "No Way." I don't know if it's jealousy or if it's all the hurt from Negron being loaded on drugs and being a jerk during the demise if the band during the late 70s. Hard to say. Chuck has his opinion in his book "Three Dog Nightmare." But that's his side of it. Danny doesn't say much but Cory is on record saying he wanted Chuck back for at least a tour.
@@thomasmartin7425 I read Chucks book and it was incredible he lived through it. Seeing this video makes you wonder how much longer this can continue. Considering Chuck has been sober for a long time I don't understand Danny's position.
