Also the 490 year prophecy was finished completely from the decree to approximately 3-3.5 years after Christ’s death and resurrection. Pulling parts of it ~2000 years into the future make the prophecy no longer 490 years but 2490 years. That is far more than 70 weeks for the prophecy. That would make the prophecy 355 almost 356 weeks. But it is not. Daniel 9 is 100% completed prophecy even if we do not completely know everything. The time limit for the prophecy was completed.

I live in San Diego county and there are many churches here, but I have yet to see any local sermon as powerful as your average sermon. Anyway, I hope you can offer something to truly substantiate the rapture belief, but I don’t believe you can; I do most certainly appreciate your content and how true you stay to the actual Word of God. Remember there is a difference between meeting the Lord Jesus Christ in the air and Jesus Christ touching his feet on the earth at His second coming . The Rapture and His second coming are two distinctly different events.
This is correct. Jesus will first appear on the clouds and the rapture will take place Rev. 14:14-15. Rev 11:11-12 and declared in vers 15 of chapter 11. Then when He returns after the wedding supper of the lamb His foot will stand on the mount of Olives and split it in two Zach 14:4-11 and Rev 19:11-16. Most likely the 3rd temple won’t be built until the land form upon which it does stand is created. That happens by His foot standing on the Mount of Olives.

No one knows when the end times will happen. Oh there maybe signs of that possibility, but no one knows for sure. Even Christ when asked by his Apostles when the end times will be, he answered NO ONE KNOWS BUT THE FATHER. For each of us, the end times is on the day we draw our last breath.

Works do not result in salvation but works are a result of our salvation so, feed the hungry, give a drink to those who thirst, welcome a stranger(we never know if we are entertaining an Angel), clothe those in need of clothing, visit those who are ill, visit those who are imprisoned and let Jesus find us busy upon His return. People please do an objective study of eschatology throughout the history of the church and you will find that the church generation after generation have wanted to be a part of the story so much that they read themselves into the biblical narrative. The two time indicator bookends of Matthew 23:36 and 24:34 together prove he is speaking of their generation. In chapter 23 he pronounced judgement on the religious leaders, and in chapter 24 judgement on the whole nation of Israel.

3:25 - 3:29 has always been my argument against the literal taking of the 7 days of creation. The passage of time is an issue in the Bible that pretty much every church takes super literally, and questioning this idea, thinking critically about it, is taken as a big no no. I'm sorry if this may offend some here, but this is one area the church has gotten it really really wrong and needs to chill out over it.
I look forward to the rapture but don't believe that it precedes the Tribulation. My Pre-Trib friends tell me that they will explain it to me on the way up.
Why is it that the first time I watch a video of this topic, the first comment that is shown is always from someone who has illness, or something went wrong with her or his life and then they turned jesus and now everything is good.
