Three Incredulous Passengers - "Don't Interrupt" | Hitchcock Presents 

Boy, this episode takes me back to the days living in California with my family. As a kid, my sister and I heard something outside our bedroom. We at first thought it was the dog, but he let out a short yelp after growling at something. Then we saw a shadow and someone was trying to open our window- we went and told my Mom. Her boyfriend treated us like morons. He said he'd call the cops, and if there was nothing there, we'd be in a "hell of a lot of trouble." My mom said nothing. the cops came and said there was an escaped mental patient in the area- no joke. He used a brick on my dog- we buried him the next day. Afterwards, my Mom called me in for breakfast (like I wanted to eat). He sat there and asked why we didn't say something sooner- I said, "children should be seen and NOT heard." I was sent to my room. Later that day, the news said the mental patient who was violent was picked up and hurt two cops in the fight to subdue him. My Mom said nothing, her boyfriend said nothing and neither did I. There was nothing to say. I still react when something's near my window at night. But I do listen to kids.

poor little boy. those parents are NOT good parents. They don't even know their own son. He sees all, but the parents see nothing. Just themselves. Selfish parents.

I saw this episode when I must have been 10 or 11. Sixty years ago. I never forgot it.

This episode is kinda like the twilight zone episode where a young William Shatner is the star, he and his wife are flying a big plane to somewhere, at night, and Shatner sees this Big Foot type, hairy Himilayan fur coated creature, on the wing of the plane. Thing big foot type looking thing kept making itself visible to only Shatner, with the cold wind and blizzard type snow is pelting the thing...that finally, at episodes end, presses it's scary ape type wild furry face and fat lips, up against the window pane. Shatner goes a little nuts in the TZ flick...of to find a free channel that will show me an entire episode once in a while. You have your commercials. Thanx

I usual like all of Hitchcock’s stories but I don’t like this one.

The bartender played Sidney Poitier's father in "Guess Who's Coming To Dinner" if I'm not mistaken.

Wow.... I cant watch these types of Hitchcock shows. They are too realistic. I like the ones with the happy ending or justice

What about that coin? Episode unfinished, all loose ends. 🤨👎 Kid should have kept pointing at window, urgently, so they could have seen the hands and handprints. No talking that way. Even if the parents ignored him, Kilmer might have looked.

This is an example of how those in charge think we will believe anything.. That episode was terrible..

The actors who played the parents were both still alive as little as three years ago.

That women is the ditzy neighbor in the Mary Tyler Moore show! The one who’s husband was Lars…the Dr. can’t remember her name dang it
