Three-Minute Thursday - Diamondback Firearms DB15 Overview 

The db15 is my 5th ar15, and one of 20 plus different brands ive shot. While i just bought it 3 months ago, its got lots of rounds thru it close to 4000 already, including testing with cheap steel case. I can say that the db15 is hands down one of, if not the best budget priced ar15s you will be able to get in the price point. Its surprisingly accurate, reliable , tough, looks good and holds up well

My first AR was the DB15. Loved the price it got me into ownership. I've since swapped out everything except the lower and the barrel for no other reason other than preference customizing, but I'll likely never get rid of those - they're my connection to diamondback.

I love my DB15 Quad Rail. I have shot around 2200 rounds through it no problem and a good 1500 of those were steel cased. Always accurate and hits exactly where I want it. Haven’t had a chance to test out groups yet but I’m sure it will perform superb. Only have had two problems with it since I got it , first problem was the day I took it home from the LGS I locked the bolt to the rear and sent it home and the forward assist came shooting out the rear. Took it back and found out that the forward assist had a smooth burr on it that allowed it to not hold in place. A quick change of a forward assist and haven’t had a problem since. Only other problem is it’s a tad bit over gassed but doesn’t bother me. I love my DB and it’s my go with me everywhere rifle. Thank you guys for being an exceptional company and having amazing customer service. I’ll be picking up a DB10 in the near future and can’t wait to see how that thing performs.

I just ordered one of these from Atlantic Firearms for $799 +$30 shipping, so total of $829. I think they have more for those interested. The one I ordered looks like the one on this video (minus the US flag paintjob, and the stock on mine is not as cushy as this one). Now I am excited because I really like this rifle, and it is my first AR. Can't wait to get it and take it out to the range. The website said it takes them 5 to 7 business days to ship out the rifle to the FFL that I chose, so it takes a while.

Purchased a DB15 about a year ago, liked it so much about 2 months later a brought a DB10 home. Very pleased with both systems!

Just got my DB10 308 yesterday, waiting on my scope but still had to put 4 rounds thru it anyway. I think I'm going to love this thing.

So I just bought one of your Diamond Series DB 15 In Midnight Bronze with the CMC single stage and ACS stock. I did a barrel break in and you are correct with Hornady 62 grain and 68 grain ammo from a bench with a scope is SUB MOA. The 5R 1:8 barrel on that rifle was a good choice keep up the good work

I’ve just received my DB15 rifle uses a gas-impingement system and high quality CNC machined components. Features a 4140 chrome moly barrel, A3 Flattop upper receiver, carbine length gas system, 12" M-LOK rail, MOE grip, A2 Flash hider muzzle and a Magpul MOE Carbine stock. Only things that I want to do to change right now are a different trigger guard so I can wear a glove and slightly larger ambidextrous charging lever. I went with a firefield barrage 10x40 scope w/laser and magpul fore grip

Have one can't wait to get it to the range

I bought a Diamondback DB 15. So far, I am quite pleased with it. It is accurate and dependable. I had a few upgrades done and accessories. I installed MagPul furniture of my like, I changed the trigger for an ALG Advanced Combat Trigger (4.5 lbs), added a Holosun 403c, installed an Inforce tac light, and a tac sling. Voila! I made my DB15 into a reliable home defense and security rifle. I want to thank all of the employees working for Diamondback Firearms; the end product is a quality rifle for all of US: working middle-class Americans! 💪🏼😎🇺🇲

Absolutely great gun . I got mine about a month ago. Only complaints is first time it jammed up pretty good 12 rounds in was the first time i shot it . The upper was actuly jammed and it happened once since then but i think it wasnt properly lubricated. But it is a HELLUVA long gun.

I am currently waiting for my gun's license and Diamondback AR-15 will be my very first fiream. I have read a lot of good and honest reviews about your products and everyone agreed to one thing - you cannot find anything better in this price range. I will definitely come back with my first impressions here soon enough! Greetings from Poland!

I own a DB rifle in 300 BLK. Let me tell you...they do nice work and they do it with style! Their logo itself is one of the coolest around. I love the rifle, more so than many units twice the price. And, customer service and the whole ordering process is awesome!

Diamondback Rocks

I am a new shooter and this is my first AR that I just received about 2 weeks ago, although mine does not have that fancy US flag design and that stock (jealous). This rifle is making me look really good at the local gun range. :) My scope is a $90 (plus $80 for the mount/riser) 3 - 9 x 40 Tasco Sportsman and I like that a lot as well. With this combo, I am hitting bull's eye at 100 yards more than enough times to make me happy as a beginner. Just today I landed 16 rounds on bull's eye from 100 yards away. The rest of the rounds all landed in the next two circles outside of the bull's eye. What a great and beautiful rifle.

Codey at SHOOTER'S in Bismarck ND, said it is all in house built. Custom quality, fair price. Bought the 18" free-float barrel, adj. stock. AWESOME 👍. Then 10in pistol. N the AR10 stainless bull barrel. Custom AR15 s sequential s/n with target barrels for my daughter's.

Great weapons. Have a pistol in 10.5 inch and a rifle in 16 inch. Total confidence in them and they are my primary go to weapons.

Just picked one up the other day. Def my new favorite. If you are considering buying all I can say is I have no regrets. And I am often a man with buyers remorse. Lol. I'll be getting a pistol real soon.

My Dad is gifting me his Diamondback AR. I plan to swap the trigger with an ALG ACT, the a YHM QD Muzzle brake for my can and a extended charging handle.

Well my second trip to the range with my new DB15 was much better than the first. Lots of feed problems first time out. I polished the feed ramps and today I had 0 feed problems.

I love my 300 blackout. Its a great rifle. My DB10 is a shooting machine. And i do have a Diamondback 380 its a nice little pocket gun. Have to try the 9mm pistol and a few others but have a save some cash first. I wanted DB10 in 308 first. Well second i guess had to get the 380 just to carry it with me awhile first. Never been let down.

I bought 1 back in 2018. It is awesome!!! Love shooting it. But I was curious if it can take a binary trigger.

Did any of you guys do the barrel break in listed in the manual. One round clean it for 20 and then every 20 after, or something like that.

I also very like my DB15!:) Are you sure the barrel is made out from 4150 as you said? Specification on yours website says 4140.

My DB10ELB 308 is so bad to the bone I make videos about it on my channel LOL It shoots really good and is very accurate with a lot of different types of ammo Someday soon I hope to rapid fire it into a bunch of hogs and get ten of them before they know what happens That is as soon as I catch them at the feeder again .... Stay tuned LOL In the mean time I have fun practicing with it rapid fire and know it will get a bunch of hogs next time I see them Only problem I have so far is somehow ammo is disappearing and not sure how it is gone so fast right after i buy it LOL

Was wondering if you guys have had any problems with your 6.5 grendel chambered jamming? I purchased a db15 6.5 grendel and I love it but sometimes it will successfully shoot without jamming and sometimes it want hope to hear back

Love my db15 but not all your firearms are milspec. I know mine for sure has a commercial buffer tube.

These are the best AR10's on the market for the price, hands down.... I'll probably be getting another one soon..... There are several good companies that sell AR15's... But in the AR10 world, this is it..... The only thing that may be a cheaper deal is the Century C308... But those are heavy and not nearly as accurate... Most other AR10's out there are just too high..... and PSA AR10's are proprietary... So, theres only one choice for me. SR25 clone was the right way to go.

What is the upper thats used on my DB2127008 stamped DB15? Is it anchor harvey aluminum? Im not trying to put you out or nothing I LOVE MY DB15!!! But im thinking of using a spikes lower just for the cooler graphics and was just trying to check what kind of fit im gonna get with the upper. But i am very interested in the newer billet looking lowers you guys offer but your site is kind of finicky acting!!

Only thing I disagree with in the Video says aftermarket parts work. I put a aftermarket charging handle on my DB10 it cause failures changed back t he original no issues at all.

I just bought my DB 15 3 days ago will shoot it today for first time i had a bushmaster carbon 15 before im hoping this db is just as reliable if not more reliable than my old bushmaster. What do yall think?

When are you going to be coming out with a .22 cal on the .380 platform? I love my .380 and want to pick up the 9mm gen 4. The .380 is the gen2 and did I mention that I love it. One question though....can the .380 and 9 rum civil liberty ammo ?
