Nights is best! More money, better workflow! However, if you are struggling to sleep during the day or you feel like your relationship and family will do better with day shift then that needs to take precedence. I have worked both and find for me the nights work better.
Hey! love your videos 💗 where are your glasses from?! they are cute and I'm looking for a new pair 🙂 also, I work nights I prefer it but it is so rough on your body/sleep schedule!!!
Well, until your wedding day is near, you could stay on nights and earn more money which you could use for a gorgeous honeymoon trip or sth else you both guys need. But only if it's sth that doesn't make you feel tired, unhappy or "gets you into trouble" with your family. Great realistic vlog as always👍 a big hug to ella🤗
Yes, I think it would be probably the best idea for me to wait until after my wedding… Get all the extra money I can!! Weddings are no joke. Thank you!!😊
I am going through the EXACT same crisis right now I've been asked 3 times and keep saying no it just doesn't seem worth it to me but my man is on a night mid-day/night schedule so it works for us and no kids if my man did days I would probably make the switch. Pls update us ❤️
I love food too much at night before bed. That's why we love your vlog girl. You welcome. Schedule me as your orphans son. Who's don't have no place to eat before bed!👂🤔♥️
I would do days! Then you have more normalcy and you do have your small business on the side that you can use to sublimate the pay differential from not working nights anymore!
Try days. You wanted it when you were there, your fav charge nurse is going, Austin wants you go to. Try it again. You can always switch back if you feel it really is better.
@@malloryweslyn603 maybe lol but it may just be what works for you during this moment , dont feel pressured to switch especially if you can deal and it isnt messing with your physical and mental healrh
I’ve a question ladies! So I’m a single mom of two girls in Ireland. Studying pre nursing this year and then a full course the year after. Can someone explain the usual shift schedules and what I should look into for childcare? I’m guessing i will need an in house nanny?
ive watched several of these grwm night shift videos and they all seem to be the same, try having 2 children and full time spouse on an opposite shift and be in charge of cooking and picking kids up. Hardly any responsibilities...It would be cake for me if i was in this position. 3 nights are easy compared to 5-8 hr shifts or 4-10,s plus never having to deal with management (which can be the hardest part of any job).
Says no one who has ever actually worked nights. People think nights are easy. Work 3 nights in a row and tell me how you feel…actually, try even just one or two
@@kylequintana I don’t think there was anywhere that you said you work nights. You said you watched videos and that three nights would be cake compared to 5 8 hr shifts/10 hr shifts. Anyone who works nights would know that’s not true.
