Three of the things Health Inspectors check 

Michelle Doleniak, a Muhlenberg Township Health Inspector, talks about and demonstrates at the Fairgrounds Farmers Market, three of the things that she looks for during inspections at restaurants. They are, hand washing, safe storage temperatures, and wear gloves so there is no bare hand contact with food.
