what is the ratio of water to glycerin? Will this work to be a cover for a book being used as a junk journal?

I usually add 2-3 tablespoons to half a bottle of water. I guess it depends on how much water and how big your spray bottle is. A full bottle I would recommend 4-6 tablespoons. Yes, this makes great junk journal covers. I have made several journal covers with this technique. Hope this helps. Have fun making faux leather journal covers!! 💕

Hi! Thanks for your comment and for subbing!! I would say 2-3 tablespoons or squirts from your glycerine bottle to half of your spray bottle of distilled or filtered water. I just refilled my bottle and I added 3 squirts. I would love to see what you create! My email is in the description of all my videos. Happy crafting!

Can you use normal modpodge?

Yes, you can use any Mod Podge you like. However, I used the satin Mod Podge on my recipe book cover and it was still tacky even after it dried. Not sure if glossy Mod Podge would be like that.
