FYI: The people who come out and sing at the end of the song is the band Aushua, they actually sang this helped with vocals on the ending of Firebreather on the CD just like here on the video, so when they toured together they would come out and help out with the ending like they did on the CD. So yeah, it's the band members of Aushua (who opened the show btw)
"While the gallows stand and bullets lance the bravest lungs Will I fold my hands or hold my tongue Or let the flames lick at my feet Or breathe in fire and know I'm free Flames will rise and devour me Oh, to breathe in fire and know I'm free" .....
Bryan I regret missing that tour. I was excited for Circa and Chon, and didn't check out Thrice until I think after the tour was over. Nowadays they're probably my favorite of the 3
Amazing, this is real talent. Thrice is just one of those bands you can not possibly categorize each song is unique in its own way. This, of course, being my favorite.
that totally makes sense now! When I first saw this almost four years ago I thoguht Thrice had like 8 random people backstage ready to just come out and sing. I'm guess those people are from the opening bands. I went to a thrice show last night and they had people from all the opening bands come out and play mini drums during a song
i saw them on this tour in san antonio. it was amazing. they had people come out for the end too, i dont remember that many though. obviously special for the dvd
No, it was the band Aushua. They helped out on that part of the song on the record as well.. Chase Kensrue, who is Dustins younger brother helps out on this video too.
TELL ME ARE YOU FREE TELL ME ARE YOU FREE IN WORD OR THOUGHT OR DEED TELL ME ARE YOU FREE WHILE THE GALLOWS STAND AND BULLETS LANCE THE BRAVEST LUNGS WE HOLD OUR HANDS AND FOLD OUR TONGUES
@justinskies whenever theyre doing the hum to firebreather and the other band comes to sing along its dustins brothers band and dustins brother is singing with him.
@surgeyX my drummer is completely obssesed with this band and knows every single detail about this band to the tee. he gave me in-depth descriptions of the fender telecaster, the fender jaguar, and the gibson gravbass used in this video. the same way les paul body styles are used by various makers, applies to jaguars and telecasters as well. i promise you, they're fender.
o brother flooded the stage at the electric factory in '11 in philly during the end of thrice's song the earth will shake it was amazing. i like this video, who was that on stage with them?
