THRIFT haul, choosing carpet, DIY project & getting broke FIXED! 

Same here in Las Vegas. Unseasonably warm even for here still 100s. Praise God our home is cool. That's not stopping me from fall decor and fall scented candles. 🍁

I always enjoy your videos Sarah ❤. I do like the soft honey colour best as well. I suppose it depends on the other colours in the room. But I am drawn to that one as well. 😊

Looks like the girls' room is going to be cozy and beautiful. You always have that special touch and visionary design. Plus, the plants are easy tending. In Michigan our temps are in the 60's and down to the 40's at night. My favorite time of year. I can't wait to see the closet. I did mine and I love it.

I would compromise & do a large area rug. Carpet is a long term choice. Can you get the carpet bound and do almost room size? 🤔 I'm sure it'll be lovely... as all your projects are. I'm always anti-carpet 😂

Everything is coming along nicely. I think I would have just gotten a large area rug instead of wall to wall carpet. Also, it used to be that you could have wall to wall carpeting bound on the ends I had that done in my kitchen when we first bought our house. The reason I feel this way is because I change my mind so much and I don’t want to deal with the tac strips. I hope it cools down for you soon. Take care and happy designing 💕~ Janet 😘

We bought this carpet and it does not wear well…… the waffle design disappears with wear.
