I thought it was bad that I’m too impatient for oil, which is why I stick with acrylics. When I’m too impatient for acrylics I bust out the ol’ hair dryer
Thanks man, I've been working on getting more comfortable on camera and make better videos. Now that the new studio is done I'm looking forward to popping out some new artwork 😁
I did this back in the early 80’s when I was in high school way before the internet. Now In the ages of the web it’s starting to catch on . Saint John is just a print shop that mass produced junk art .
Cursed paintings you say??? I need!! Though apple dolls I can totally skip on. 😨 I did this same thing during quarantine, where I painted over a thrift store painting. A part of me felt kind of bad... But the painting was RULL bad. 🤣 I love how you made this!! I know acrylics take forever to dry, but you are right- good things take time. Love what you did here! 💕
This piece is adorable!! Sometime this year I'm gonna try doing this, been wanting to for a while. Great piece. I'm also an impatient little twat when it comes to art lol Yet I love oil paint cause you can take your time. I contradict myself often with mediums lol
