My super easy Cheese Spread recipe:
whipped cream cheese
chopped pickled giardinieria mix (pickled veggies)
a dash of red pepper flake
*stir evenly and refrigerate for one hour

When my hubby and I first met he had been all over the world and tasted things I'll never taste and in an effort to get me to try new things he started with gourmet cheese and meat selections from on online store. It is Still one of our favorite date/movie nights.

Love this video! Enjoyed seeing you put together a date night. I have always loved vintage items and thrifting. Perhaps it is because as a little girl one of my Grandma's did not have any money so we went shopping in thrift stores. I am proud to say that these gifts were just as precious to me as the gifts my other Grandma was able to purchase from department stores. To this day, 65yrs later I still have several of these gifts!!!

You make everything romantic including your clothes, wallpaper, table settings and the room in which you served your evening meal. I loved seeing all the dishes at the thrift store, certainly a better quality than I find in my town plus the store looks very clean. Can’t wait to see the bathroom reveal!

There's too much to comment on this video! First, the wallpaper and color paint! Then the jacket and belt took me back to my high school and 20s when woven white belts, jeans and heels were in. I had the coolest pair of jeans with a floral print in pinks and greens. Finally your table setting was beautiful and romantic. I love how you added the green depression glass from your collection with more modern pieces. I hope you and your husband had a great romantic evening at home!!!

I love huge olives stuffed with a garlic clove . I do , what I call , party food night . I cook lil smokies with BBQ sauce, have a platter with cheese , crackers, baby carrots , ranch dip , veggie dip ..... love that . I have an antique cheese keeper dish that looks like your blazer . We do chartuterie boards a lot. My hunkband grabs meats, chesses, stuffed olives, pickles, nuts, crackers, hummus, naan and a flat bread pizza from tge deli. Its simple and fun. We'll do a picnic dinner watching a movie 😊

We do Pickety Bits ALLOT in the summer and often on Saturdays during the cooler months. If you throw in some veggies to go with everything else it's a pretty rounded meal! Love the chartreuse gown! An ivory sundress would look pretty under it for summer date nights out of the house! I collect the bright green and a few of the olive green depression glass too, I love how 'fresh' it makes things look!.
