Goodwill Bins Thrifting for Resell and Lets Paint a Dresser! Thrift Finds: jamirayvintage.com/collection... Anvil Black Paint: jamirayvintage.com/products/d...
The quilts are gorgeous. I’m 75 and when I was in my 20s I would piece handmade quilts with my mom and her 4 sisters. Thanks for the great memories.💗💗💗
It makes me feel sad that people don't cherish books anymore. When my daughter was in school she would go to the public library and bring home all the books they were throwing out. So we ended up with all sorts, like how to take care of your aquarium. We don't have an aquarium.....
Your storage would have been the first place I looked before even looking for a dresser. You guys have so much stuff. The couch will look cute in the cottage.
So glad u save those hand crochet blankets & quilts & old books from the land fill.lots of great finds & that dresser , that's a great save on the bottom .👍
Thanks for your videos, really enjoy watching y'all shop. Don't have thrift stores in our town, do have Goodwill, but nothing compared to the ones you shop at. Retired 70 year old man in Northeast Tx. A couple hours from Dallas but don't do big cities. Again thanks, y'all are very entertaining. 20:48
Fun video - thanks. I have to tell you that every time I see them bring the bins out with the sheets on top I feeling like I am watching a murder mystery movie and I am at the morgue!!!
I loved this video, and the great things you purchased. Especially the couch for the cottage. It has Cottage written all over it, figuratively speaking. The quilts (the Wedding Pattern was a nice one) were the best ones I’ve seen so far. Wilmington is almost two hours away here in NC, so I will probably go to the bins (outlet) there in the Summer, and go to the beach.
All those wonderful books going to waste, we should start a program to send things we don't use anymore to other countries and they could do the same that way no waste
I would have put a piece of wood along the bottom of the dresser (like a baseboard around the end of the room). Looks great all painted up. Reddrick is a lucky boy. Love those little #1 and #2 buckets.
that pillow case Zeb thought was colored with felt pens was colored with tri chem. they were tubes of fabric paint like tooth paste tubes. they had an applicator tip so no paint brushes, maybe 1960"s and early 70"s. sold at house parties like tupper ware
Loving all the quilts you find. Do you mind sharing how you clean them, what detergent, etc. I enjoy you two so much, thanks for sharing all your great finds.
Ha!… It looked like you , might be living in your vehicle when you opened the back to show what you had in there… I really laughed when you were discussing if you were hoarders!
We have some listed on the website and more coming this week here is one flat sheet jamirayvintage.com/products/percale-vintage-flat-sheet-twin?_pos=5&_sid=2341dfa97&_ss=r
What a haul! And it was nice you could find a dresser right in your own barn. That was a great transformation! I haven't tried the cottage color line yet. Is it a matte finish?
That's. great im in Florida and they don't do that here. Our bin is not good will. It is boxes of stuff. Mostly un marked and you select a box ( kind of like a Christmas Game. )Then you take it to the "elves" and they show you what's inside. You either keep that box or go select another one weird. Each box is $6.00! A lot for all the hassel❤ the
