Re the mop. If you lay the strands out side by side, then sew a straight line across the short side with thread on a machine, it could make some cool rugs, wall hangings etc.

that would make a pretty rug, i don't have a sewing machine, maybe i can try gluing them together, will definitely try a few things before i decide to keep it or throw it away :)

Yes the pink tub!!! Just started the video, so I'll be commenting again😄 OMG it fits perfectly! Very retro pink, can't wait to see the new bathroom. That patio is nice for doll photography! Ok, gonna watch some more... Oooh I loved the white crochet bathroom "rugs". Your dioramas are so much more sophisticated than anything I put together😅 Your Barbie looks more sophisticated too, a mid 20s single gal, working from home (she is in finance)...😂

You could try putting the mop in a plastic bag and leave it in the sun. It should make plastic brittle. ❤

I always have fun thrifting :) so happy it was there, i was really disappointed the jewellery box wasn't but i didn't think it would be, it was fantastic and a good price... :)

I would have gotten the chairs to go with the bench! Also all 3 vases and a few others I saw you pass right before and after those. That tub really is perfect! I love how salvation army color coordinates their shelves and I saw so many things I would have gotten! You got some awesome stuff thanks for sharing.

Yah, you're right, I should have, one of the vases was bigger, that's why i didn't take it, i guess i'm more selective during garage sale season, but it was 50% off urgh! yup, i love how they organize their stock :) thank you so much for watching and commenting :)

I was so happy the pink tub was still there for you.The Barbie fit perfectly but you can add vase fillers to the inside to raise her up a bit. Those rings I thought were napkin rings would’ve made nice bowls by closing in the bottoms.

Thanks, me too, so happy it was still there, it fits perfectly :) great idea :) definitely, the napkin rings would have made great bowls, i think i'm more selective now during garage sale season, things are so much cheaper :)

22:36 "and I forgot to bring my Barbie arms" I picked up that idea from you. No sense in carrying a whole doll when an arm will do. LOL The other day my husband and I were going thrifting and I jumped out of the car before we left and said "Wait! I've forgotten my arm!" then ran into the house. He had no idea what in the world I was talking about until I came back out holding a doll arms. LOL

actually those chairs are perfect scale , just add a thicker pillow to give height to the seat (and for the back too/optional if u like the style or not), When shopping for barbie miniatures now I always have a doll in my bag or car BUT always have proof of ownership like pics of the doll in her doll's house or selfies with you ..last thing u need is they accuses u of stealing the doll...lol

I have an actual terra cotta sun hung on my patio for summer. Paid $16 for it at thrift store. It’s about the same scale but in real life! I found a great drawer jewelry box on my thrift hunt last week but, didn’t get it. I wish I had. I did get an old Barbie shower to customize. I’m so glad you got the tub! It’s perfect! I’ll send you the beaded bubble sheet I made for mine. It’s perfect for any shaped tub. You should have grabbed that little house for your Halloween or holiday decor. I saw some soy sauce bowls. Have you ever thought about using them for your elevated sinks? Get some bigger wire cutters to break that mop head apart. You just need a bit more bite. I admire your restraint. I’d be buying all the stuff. Especially the birds. I love them for my personal decor since my g-ma name is Birdie.

thank you so much :) the shower sounds cool, i love the tub, can't wait to create the bathroom diorama :) perfect size.... do you use the beaded bubble sheet as bubbles? i was thinking cotton balls, but for the video, i may actually have water and bubbles in the tub :) i'll look out for the soy sauce bowls, they might be a bit too big? lol, yup, i need better tools :) i try to stay on a budget, i wish i could buy everything, but i have so much already, so i'lm trying to be more selective :) thanks for watching and commenting :)

Try putting it in boiling hot water letting it soften up the plastic and you should be able to get the strings off

thank you :) me too, wish the jewelry box was still there, but it was fabulous, of course it was gone :( it was a good price too, i don't know what i was thinking... i think 2 inches would be the perfect depth for a barbie dresser... 2- 2 1/2" maybe 3 would still work, i need to measure the jewellery box i use in the bedroom as a dresser, it might be 3" and i think it works :)
