In this moment to give penalty, it should be very clear fouls. Just like PSG - bayern final. There was some possible penalty but I know why ref didn't give any, coz its final. It needs to be very clear and if u HAVE to look at slow motion to see if it is penalty or not, than its not clear if that makes sense. Clear penalty means , the moment it happened, the whole stadium and everyone watching knows straight away its penalty. Any time it's 50/50, then ref will not give it. If it's normal league game, than yes he can gjve it

@@KingMIFC It was very clear in this situation, he had seen the VAR replay. Unlike the UCL final this weekend the ref never used VAR. For this Pokal final he did and there was no excuse.

Because they both attempted to play the ball. Even tho it did look like the Bayern player was kicked. It wasn’t an intentional kick. At the end of the day it was at the discretion of the referee, and he decided no penalty.

Bayern guy controlled it getting ready for a shot and was absolutely blasted by prince lol. Most penalties are unintentional from the defenders getting the tackle wrong and this one was on the worse side compared to others ive seen called for. But then again its bayern so who cares
