Masters’ journey began at the tender age of 9 when he started racing motocross. His dedication and talent quickly propelled him to the top level, achieving A grade status by the age of 11. In 2012, at the age of 12, he secured an impressive second place in the Queensland title motocross championships at Mckay Gum Valley, establishing himself as a rising star in the sport.
Throughout the following years, Masters continued to excel, racking up numerous victories and podium finishes. The year 2015 proved to be a standout for him, with notable achievements including second place at the Coffs Harbour and Jimboomba Stadium cross events, as well as securing first place in the Rockhampton and Gladstone Ocean to Motion series.
However, Masters faced a setback due to a severe injury, which forced him to take a break from motocross for a few years. Determined to make a comeback, he returned to the scene in 2018, participating in the prestigious Redbull Day in the Dirt event and impressively clinching second place. Jake Masters truly is an inspiration as he continues to defy the odds and push boundaries in the world of motorcycling. From motocross to stunt riding and bagger racing, this Aussie rider has broken barriers through sheer grit and determination. After years of hard work and dedication, Masters finally made his BRL debut at Battle of the Baggers Pittsburgh in 2023 and is amped up and ready for 2024.
