Platforms are falling down around you in a lava filled chasm. The boss constantly shoots rays of energy that you must reflect with your sword. All the while the short time limit is going down.

00:00 you start the final level by flying at high speed trough the fire and flames. 3:40 the Boss appears and makes a dramatic entrance. 4:00 the true Battle finally begins. 4:58 your almost there but the monster's attack pattern becomes erratic in a last attempt to destroy you.

This sounds like the theme to a final boss of an RPG. An epic, hugr battle. The stakes are high, the 4 heroes taking on an enormous foe. I can see it all.

Listening to this while packing all my stuff to move out from living with my parents into my first place. Excellent song, builds a very good atmosphere for it, feels almost legendary, like the end of an old-school rpg where they set up the story for the confirmed sequel, where the hero saved his homeland in the first game, and is travelling off into the horizon to go on to new lands as the credits roll.

Imagine a final battle where you have to go through every previous boss that you defeated, but really really buffed, and that each move has a time limit, while you have to beat all of them under another time limit. Then the actual end boss is near impossible to beat with constant and very fast attacks while the world around you tears apart. That is this song.
