Through the Gates of the Silver Key by H.P. Lovecraft and E. Hoffmann Price is a continuation to the events of The Silver Key by H.P. Lovecraft. It was originally pitched at about half it's current length by E. Hoffman Price and added on to by H.P. Lovecraft. It is a story about the ultimately tragic fate of Randolph Carter seeking to return to the dreamlands and the revelation of that fate to those close to him. It is a story of some mystery and true cosmic horror for anyone afraid of disassociation of self.
Some say this is Lovecraft's master work. I am inclined to say it is definitely in my top 10. It is also the final piece of the Lovecraft Dream Cycle. Which means we have officially finished the canonical dream cycle works. This is a red letter day.
