If I was boxing him, my footwork would be impeccable. I’d take one step back, then another, then continue that sequence very quickly until I was outta the room.
That's what Charlo took to the face at almost full power and a was like naw I'm good. He might've known Canelo chose to hold back a bit to not really hurt em and chose to respect and gave in. as any intelligent person would've done. My respects to both great and honorable fighers.
@@Whatdoyouwant904 Okay? You said boxers have insane hand eye coordination and fast hands, I made the observation that so do basketball players. No where did I say they would be boxing in basketball match. You need some better reading comprehension my guy.
Foreal. Your status points would be up if you were just standing to the side in that video. Just show any girl you wanna get with this video and she would be intrigued off the bat 😅
He wasn't speaking about money when he spoke of being in THAT circle. HE WAS SPEAKING OF BEING AROUND THE VERY BEST. Most people will NEVER walk into THAT room their entire life, Being with the best in YOUR FIELD no matter what field you pursue is PRICELSS.
Yea. He has decent side steps, good foot work in general. He just stretch his lead leg too much. I think if he train hard in boxing he will be a good fighter.
@@thelonelystoner96just like he would lay out the entire Argentina national team (even tho it was wrong for Canelo to criticize Messi for the Mexican jersey)
I replayed this many times. Canelo sized up him to see Steph's reach having the confidence from his great head movement (honed from decades of training). Also at the start, Canelo was assessing Steph's rhythm as Steph goes kind of "in and out" which Canelo just timed perfectly for the strike (tap). People in sport of boxing just have the advantage from the knowledge and experience standpoint of what to do vs. avg. people which is so interesting.
@@opfreak Lb for Lb, quite possibly, but if you put every top fighter from every division into a tournament bracket then Tyson Fury is stomping the yard on everyone… sadly… I can’t stand Fury tbh. I hope Ngannou gets the upset in October and sleeps him.
@@opfreakDavis also. For the pound for pound. Bud also. And Fury is not only massive, but insanely great for his size, with crazy head movements and eyes-hand coordination.
these dudes don’t know jack shit about martial arts “steph threw a boxing punch that looked like a jiujitsu” if you foos trained for a month or two you’d be able break steph in half
If I was Steph I would want to do the same. I’d be like, no disrespect, I just want to see the hand speed once for myself. Its rare to see top shelf talent first hand.
@@horse2374stance and hand placement says a lot. Also body language. You’ll be able to tell when someone is confident and someone who isn’t. Someone who’s moving a lot with emotion on his face doesn’t know what he’s doing
Literally my two favorite athletes at the moment coming together to play a different sport than their own. Gotta love that man appreciate them while they are here people
how? when in those three minutes he'll be on his way to hospital with broken cheeks on both sides after getting whooped. if he survived. Stephen is Legendary and a professional at playing grown man Games with plenty of balls, Canelo goes to battle for a living and breaks faces for millions of people. Soooo Yea
“I can tell he never been in a fight🤓” literally a NBA point guard play sparring with Champion Boxer.💀 Edit: Before you come at me. I’m saying it’s a basketball ball player and a boxer who did you think was going to win💀 and pretty sure Curry could whoop any regular guy that’s not in shape. It is hilarious that some of you thought I was saying curry can beat him though😂😆
@@johnnylebay2059 and lebron needed daddy , Dwade to win his first 2 so I guess the both needed there daddy’s then the difference was Curry won his first without KD and didn’t run the OKC and Lebron Ran to the Heat to win his first 2
The way canelo dodged steph punch was like crazy fast superhuman meeting regular human shit. Then hit him with his own speed in an opening that us regular folk didnt even see. Lets you know that ALL sports and athletes are a science these days. Trained machines!
