Beautiful! I wishi you would include the trimming process and glazing too, please do an ASMR version!

No additional trimming is done, aside from the bevel at the base.

Thanks! Cone 10, high fire reduction glazes. Rutile blue and Speckled tan were the ones featured here. I believe they can be found on multiple recipe sites.

Do you let this sit on the wheel for a while before attempting to pull it off? Or is it on a bat there

Needs to get leather hard first before removing it.

Love. I want to learn how to do this so badly! It's the first thing on my list once things have normalized again is to take a 6 months pottery class. How long would you say does it take to be able to learn?

I would say after about 2-4 weeks, most of my students are quite good at the wheel.

Lately, I've been making slightly larger ones than this with 7 lbs. But I think this video it's 6 or 6 and a half.
