One of the few who stay true to themselves when reviewing tech. Very rare breed man, I support you to the fullest! You made a wonderful review here 👏🏽 You even reminded me of some details I had forgotten, I've been using the controller for around a month and a half and CONSTANTLY forget about the profile switcher! Lol
Woooooooah, thank you vCuda! This means a hell of a lot coming from you! Your videos were a huge help and inspiration when i started reviewing controllers and now youve noticed me Senpai lol. This is really dope, this motivated me to keep going, I must be on the right path. Thanks for watching my video man, hopefully one day we can make a video together, thatd be dope! Have a great day V!
@@chukwubuikemoguagha you too man! I'm glad my videos could inspire you to create yours, they're super entertaining and a breath of fresh air for the Tech space, especially on the controller side of it. Keep making them man, the controller players need heroes like you!
Awesome review...You should def do a gameplay review and mention how accurate the thumbsticks are. It absolutely insane how good they are.... Keep doing ya thang brother
I've got the X now, it fits very comfortably, although it is noticably bigger than regular controller. I like the change and find the entire controller very nice.
I decided to stay the basic controller as my gameplay isn't really needing extra buttons. I was treating myself but instead went with a Microsoft labs controller I picked my own colors ect. Thanks for your reply I'm glad the controller is good I heard it was good and I hope it continues to be good!
Hey man, im considering this or the Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma. Just don’t know which to get, this controller is $90 right now and the razer is $100. Which do you suggest? Love the videos by the way.
Hey Ej, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ESWAP, the Wolverine V2 Chroma is alright at best but the Eswap is a homerun. Get the Eswap! Thanks for watching my videos man, I really appreciate the support, have a great day and happy gaming!
I like the back buttons on this S edition, but the reason for me getting the X is entirely to swap the d-pad and analog (mostly katamari related, my thumbs thank me for the symmetry)
@@chukwubuikemoguagha A smaller but very popular franchise. Simple dual analog controls, you roll around a ball and collect things to get bigger aaaaaannnnnnnd. . . . That's the whole game. It's very relaxing and soothing and quirky good fun. I recommend for whatever console you have. Except Xbox, that sh*t gets really awkward really fast (Hence the controller upgrade, plus I've always been a fan of symmetry)
@@quackmandoo LMAO, I am also a symmetry fanatic! Nothing OCD like but man is it nice when things are evenly balanced lol. But wow Katamari sounds very fun, I'll try it out. Thanks for putting me on! Have a great day and happy gaming Quackmandoo! (Very fun username btw lol)

Awesome controller, but I have concerns about reliability. A month and a half in and I already have to adjust the deadzones to 5% to avoid stick drift in Cod. Going to be expensive ordering thumbstick regularly
Honestly I have found there to be stick drift with every controller, no one has been able to fix that issue permanently. Other than that how is the controller holding up?
@@noroyalbloodline3983Probably had it the longest in this comment section did have to replace sticks once so far and had it since the release of the controller other than that no problems with other buttons or triggers etc
a cheaper option if u wanna play FPS that has the absolute best thumbsticks ive ever used for FPS, is the Nacon Revolution X. Theres some other more expensive options too i think but its a perfect fps controller.
They, thanks for the review. What do you think about them removing the clips that held the cable in place on the X model? Did you have any issues with the cable falling out on the S model?
Hey Marc, great question! It really depends on your hand size so I'll give you my experience. I'm a 6'4 man with above average hands but I can't palm a basketball so I wouldn't say I have large hands just bigger hands than most and in my case I found the Swap S to be much more enjoyable. Playing with the X was not a big problem but it was not nearly as enjoyable as the S is for me. Now I would say if your hands are bigger than mine then perhaps the X would be a better fit but I would also say that if you plan on using back buttons, the S still has much more comfortable back buttons to use. The X's back buttons are weird no matter how big your hands are if you ask me. I hope this answers your question, let me know what you're thinking. Thanks for watching the video and have a great day!
@@chukwubuikemoguagha Many thanks for your quick reply ☺ We seem to have equally sized hands 👌 actually i would like 4 extra buttons on the back (slide, jump, reload, change weapon). In general, I would also be fine with 2 buttons with the compromise that I claw-grib Y and X at the start of Apex/Warzone rounds (first looting and refill shields). I trust you when you say that the back buttons on the Eswap X are not easy to reach. So I'll play half claw and get the better ergonomics, working trigger stops, better polling rate, i will go with the S-Modell. Do you think the stick performance is noticeably better than that of the Xbox Elite controllers?
Thank you for this! I've been waiting for somebody to unbox this and give their first impressions. Saw this listed on Amazon last month and wanted to know how it contended to the X pro. Barely found any review videos about it online, only found those who spoke German and well... I don't speak German lol. Thanks again and i gotta ask ya, how's the D-pad? I play fighting games and heard the D-pad for the X pro wasn't great for fighting games. And since the D-pad looks solid on the S pro, very curious how well it performs.
Hey JuntaoMasta, I too don't speak German😂. The D-pad is okay but I may not be the best to ask cause I'm not a fighting game gamer so I rarely ever use the d-pad sorry to say. But I'm currently holding both d-pads in my hand and one thing I can say is that the S has a better diagonal capability than the x did so that should be a plus but anything more than that I couldn't tell you, sorry again. Great question tho!
@@chukwubuikemoguagha Hey my man! Just wanted to give an update as i have gotten my hands on the S pro controller and have used it for about a month.. The D-pad with fighting games does wonderfully! Infact, there was a combo with a character i was NEVER able to do no matter how quick i was FOR YEARS and with this controller, i can perform it so easily! And ofc, this is hands down the best FPS controller i've used. I plan to make a review video myself on this controller someday because this controller deserves more exposure. Honestly! But yeah i just wanted to update you on that since your feedback was super motivating! And to anyone else reading this that have been wondering if this is a good pickup for fighting games.... IT IS!
@@JuntaoMasta Yooooooo nice to hear from you, im so happy you enjoy the controller! If you make a review send it to me man, id love to see it and support. Really happy to have read this and thanks for letting everyone know if its good for fighting games lol i really had no idea
Just got mine in today, and I must say I am very impressed. The Gambit controller with this one, attached with kontrol freaks CQC rush performance thumbsticks on each, makes being in total control while playing any game, silky smooth,, very responsive to the touch, recommend both, sit back, relax, and enjoy playing your game, and that's enough said. 👍👍👍👍👍🙂🙂🙂🙂👍👍👍👍👍.
GREAT REVIEW! Sorry about the late reply Charles but you described your experience and thoughts beautifully lol, I would've thought you were the one with a review channel! I'm happy you like the controller, I hope it lasts long for you man. Thanks for watching the video and have a great day! Happy Gaming!
Was it unable to be overclocked? And were there any upgrades to the button switches? I have an overclocked Eswap X rn but my buttons are going downhill as well as a bumper.
Could someone tell me how this will perform in older games on the current Xbox. Those games have a really high deadzone with both my Series controller and Elite controller. Is turning deadzones to 0 on this controller a fix for that or does it not matter because of emulation? I would love to have a answer. Great review man.
Hey Mistermars, happy you liked the review! I don't have a specific concrete answer for you but the one I have is definitely the best answer but maybe not the one you want to hear😅 You gotta experiment man. No way for you to know if you'll really like it or be good with it until you try it and your situation is pretty unique so not a lot of people out there are doing what you're doing so you'll have to pave the way which is honestly a good thing cause you'll learn a lot more doing that. Thanks for watching the video man, I hope this helps
@@chukwubuikemoguagha Thanks for taking the team to respond man! I’ll pick one of them up and I’ll do a little update about my experience with them. The Elite 2 is great and all but the sticks feel inaccurate whenever you are unable to adjust deadzones in a game. Never noticed it during War Zone games but it’s rough when trying to play older titles like RE4. Either way, thanks man and have a good one! :)
Did they fix the LB/RB or L1/R1 quality on this controller? My Eswap Pro controller uses tiny little tabs on the inside which have broken off and are unrepairable.
might have tried this 1st if i saw it before the xbox one elite 2 controller. paddles work great. This still looks really nice and more affordable. nice to know its out there. thx
No problem JPMoney, yea definitely keep this controller in mind if you ever decide to get a different controller. I highly recommend it! Thanks for watching the video man, have a great day and happy gaming!
Hey, thanks for the nice Video :) I have one Question regarding the size of the Controller. I have an Xbox one S Controller and its kinda perfect for me. How much bigger (or smaller) is the Eswap S in comparison? Thanks in advance and have a good one :)
Hey Fab, its quite bigger lol. Almost to the point its a little uncomfortable, almost tho, its not actually uncomfortable but its almost there. I hope that makes sense. I would definitely say that it would feel better if you have bigger hands but you can always google the measurements and compare the two. I hope this was of helpful to you. Feel free to ask any more questions you may have, till then thanks for watching and have a great day! Happy gaming!

@@chukwubuikemoguagha Yessir make sure to keep your eye out on new controllers maybe power a is trying to redeem themselves and make the perfect controller
No I wouldn't say so, the texture is not much different from your normal controller overall so I wouldn't tell you to worry about it but then again I don't know how bad hand sweat can get for you and how sensitive you may be to controllers so its hard to say but generally I wouldn't worry. Thanks for watching the video brother, have a great day and happy gaming. Btw, great username lol!
Hey Alltimellow, sorry to hear that but unfortunately no. Only the thumbsticks are replaceable on the Eswap S. On the Eswap X the triggers and the dpad AND the thumbsticks were replaceable but that was it so maybe the X would be a better choice for you than the S. Good luck with whatever controller you buy! Thanks for watching the video and have a great day! Happy Gaming!
Hey brother how do you feel about the size of these compared to the xbox elite controllers? The eswap x has the best sticks ive ever felt but the size of the controller is pretty tough. So hopefully this is an actual ideal fix?
Hey Thaddeus, yea the size of the X was a definite issue. The S is a little smaller and definitely more bearable and the S's thumbsticks are just about as good more or less. And I would definitely recommend both of these over the Elite controllers although I do like the Elites more. The size and thumbsticks of the Elite are overall more accommodating but they barely last so I never recommend them unless you want wireless capabilities and don't mind paying 200 dollars for 3-4 month trial with a controller lol.
That's awesome to hear josecarlosgarcia6477!! How do you like the controller so far? Thanks for watching the video, I really appreciate it! Have a great day and happy gaming!
hey man! do you think you could help out with a decision here? i am looking for a good controller for pc, my use case is more specific than most, as i mostly will be using it for souls games (elden ring, dark souls etc) and some platformers (Celeste, hollow knight), because of this, the 3 main features in a controller for me is good speed and low latency, good bumpers and good abxy buttons, i got little care for back paddle because i Play claw and i don't play fps games with a controller for trigger stops are not too important either i mostly have narrowed it down to either a wolverine V2 chroma or eswap s pro, i considered the king Kong 2 pro but the abxy buttons seem mid and apparently the latency is not that good, let me know if you can help out between those 2 or if you have any other recommendations, i wanted the Wolverine V2 pro but i don't have 300 euro to spend on a controller right now, and here where i live both the wolverine chroma and eswap are more than half the price so yeah if you have used the razer how do you think it compares to the eswap? mostly curious which bumpers do you prefer, how you think the stick compare and the latency between the two, im assuming the buttons are similar since they are both switches and probably don't differ too much sorry if I'm asking for a lot but i cannot find anywhere that compares these 2 directly! anyway love your content you always go into the details, which i think every consumer appriciates
Playboi!!! Yo I wish I would’ve paid for the e swap x because I feel that the setup for PS4 controller would be better for me. I think the reason why I didn’t cop it was because of the price. Anyways very informative, as always, and thanks to LLG for the lookout on the update. Till next time bruh bruh here’s to a milli!!!!
The scuf reflex fps for PS5, scuf instinct pro for xbox, the victrix gambit and the elite series 2 are all the ones I think got it right. And to be honest theres really only one way to get it right in my opinion. Two buttons on the inner side of each of the wings. Thats it, anything else is weird and obtuse lol
First time watching your videos! Love the channel man. Got a sub from me! Getting a new controller soon. I’ve broken too many scufs this year lol. Done with them. I play a ton of fps games. Would you recommend me the eswap s, the victrix gambit, or something else? Thanks in advance!
Hey D T, so sorry for the late reply but THANKS FOR SUBBING! Welcome to the community, we're happy to have you! I highly recommend the victrix gambit, and the Eswap S. In fact tbh if it aint those xbox controllers it may not even be worth buying lol😅. The rest are either too expensive or too faulty. I personally really like the power a spectra infinity though, thats a really good controller as well
Hey Slimey, Thrustmaster may be saying this but when I hold the Eswap S it is definitely smaller than the Eswap X. Like I said in the video, its not smaller by a lot, they're both still big controllers but the S is definitely smaller. If you get one let me know what you think. Thanks for watching the video man, have a great day and happy gaming!
Hey Yummypiee (probably the most delicious username I've come across in my comment sections so far lol) I totally understand where you're coming from. The dpad switch was a huge no no for many but I always felt that the switch allowed for the controller to be more usable to more people and less bulky which I LOVED but it is a preference thing at the end of the day so I really do feel you. Perfection is a such a hard thing to achieve lol. Thanks for watching the video and have a great day. Happy Gaming!
I’m glad I never pulled the trigger on the e swap pro. My dualsense held up well ever since I got it last year but I wanna try something new out. Just bought the eswap s! Also I’m surprised your channel isn’t bigger so I’m gonna sub bro I like the quality content. I’m just hoping I can overlock it to 1ms like the dualsense because rocket league was able to handle the 1ms oc.
@@prestigephoenix2314 Nah my Dpad feels really satisfying to click actually, only problem I have is the rumbling, the right one isn’t as intense as the left so I’m guessing it got damaged while in transportation. Thankfully I don’t really use the rumble and I got 1 year warranty if I want a new controller down the line.
Hey Noel, thanks for the kind words and THANKS FOR THE SUB MAN! Welcome to the community, we’re very happy to have you! The overclocking doesnt seem like it will workout for this controller but its already stupid fast so maybe it can get away with the lack of overclocking capability but I’m happy you enjoy the controller. I definitely think its a top teir xbox controller today
I don't know if this has changed, but my eSwap X I got in March is 1.9ms when I tested it. Out of the box. So it seems it was something they either did with a hardware refresh, or firmware.
Hey Michael, so sorry about the late reply but yea maybe they changed it. Thats a very likely possibility which sucks which is nice for Eswap X users. I'd like for all controllers to be clocking that time, that'd be awesome! Thanks for watching the video Mike, have a great day and happy gaming!
Hey Nate Dawg (great name btw lol, love the rapper), no the back buttons wouldn't be hard to reach or at least I don't think so. I have medium sized hands and I find them easy to reach. For reference I can't palm a basketball but I definitely don't have small hands. I would say I have the average size of a man's hands I play comfortably with the controller. I hope this helps. let me know how it goes for you, till then have a great day and happy gaming!
@@chukwubuikemoguagha thanks I ordered it and recieved it already. I love this controller. Loving the dead zones on sticks as I set it to 0 . Feels good . 🤙🏽
Hey Tim, I completely understand. I personally like both the xbox and ps controller layouts but the ability to switch between them on the X was awesome!
what do you think about the D pad , in the point of view from a player of retro gamers, like good old Mario and other platform games ?? How is the feeling ?
Had the Vitrix Gambit, but stick drift after 6 months. Just bought this and hate to say but the back buttons compared to the Gambit (I used two not 4 on Gambit) are horrible for FPS games. I'm sure they are better than the X, but still poor design. Played about 6 hours so far and still find myself missing the buttons and losing gun battles. Your fingers don't naturally sit on the buttons like the Gambit and Series X. I find myself searching for them a bit and just not in comfortable place. This is a big issue for me anyway.
Hey TJ, i can completely understand where you’re coming from, i agree that the Gambit back buttons are top tier. Middle back buttons don’t make much sense to me either lol. Thanks for watching the video and have a great day brother! Happy Gaming!
Okay i just bought this controller today to compare it to the v2 chroma. My question is i would love to find out how many milliseconds the razer is out of the box and can it be overclocked.
@@chukwubuikemoguagha thanks for the reply! That’s pretty bad lol. After this controller dies I’m highly considering a ps4 or a ps5 controller so I can overclock it. Any chance you can make a video or tell me where I can see the polling rate?
Hey César, great question! It depends on the controller. Some controllers with rear buttons don't connect to rewasd for some reason or rather rewasd can't seem to read them but the Elite Series 2 rear buttons can easily be customized on rewasd so it depends on the controller.
LMAOOO, well Mark its a great xbox controller thats the point lol. The swapping may have been the selling point for a lot of people but cons of the X controller were many and it kind of negated what was awesome about it so they shrunk it down a little and removed some features. I suppose if that Xbox and Playstation style switching was a big thing for some then the S seems like a weaker version of the two but if you're an Xbox main, I highly recommend the controller.
One of the biggest issues with the E-swap X controller that I saw was the after a while of playing with short trigger through for shooter games, the bushings would start to stick after a lot of use, and now I play shooters with long trigger through because whenever I play short trigger through it would stick. Can someone tell me how the Eswap S does with this sticking?
I have just had to send my swap x pro back for refund after less than 3 months because the trigger on the right side kept sticking on the fire. I had to change the dead input zone to 50% on the software to prevent this issue. Obviously this was unacceptable. Now I’ve just purchased the s pro instead and hoping there is a marked improvement and this issue does not show up again. Seeing your comment has made me dubious that the same issue will reoccur.
i know this review is a bit dated . im a eswap x pro owner and the controller works good and i love the sticks . but in game i have found if i overload the inputs on the controller like push to many buttons to fast , it like causes the controller to like freeze up . imagine running from someone and jumping into a slide around a corner but instead u just stop mid jump fall straight down and cant move for 3 or 4 secs . does ne1 know what that is from and does the s pro do the same thing?
9:22 I just got an x, not knowing about the s' existence, but when I tested the input lag, I average 1.5 (with the same program, both 1000 and 4000 sample size). Pretty misleading to say the eswap beat it, idk if that was intentional or not
Hey Griffith, thanks for telling me your experience. So with my X I was average 4ms. I was never able to even get it close to 2 let alone 1.5 lol. I don't why our controllers have different speeds, maybe it does have something to do with where it was made or maybe mine wasn't made as well as yours but I said what I said based on the controller I have. Thanks for telling me about yours tho, maybe I'll ask around to see which controller is actually faster. Thanks for watching the video and have a great day man! Happy gaming!
@@chukwubuikemoguagha this is why i still use my PS$ controller with PS back buttons, it is the only controller i can get to clock under 1 MS... side note i primarily play FPS shooters.

Not sure if my opinion matters but I have tried tons of controllers and the accuracy and comfort in hands of the eswap s is at the top. I have a elite series 2, scuff instinct, reflex fps razor wolverine. This is my go to for rebirth by far it is really slept on. Only somewhat downside is I wish it was a bit more grippy. And I feel like the controller is a steal for the price.

I really don't want to have to unplug and replug. Anyone know how to simply shut it off. I tried the xbox way of holding the center button, but that didn't work.
I've been using it about a month for warzone and still can't get used to the sticks. I used to use ps4 controller and I'm so much more accurate with it. Since getting the thrust master my aim has got a lot worse and I don't know why

Mine has 3,9 ms out of the box, firmware upgraded, any tips? edit: I oc the polling rate and now it does 1,9ms too, first xbox controller I could oc with sucess
The problem is eswap X is not really built that well. I trashed LB/L1 within the first year of using it :/. And no I do not abuse it, I play Rocket League and slide button is mapped on this button and it just gets a lot of use. It's a shame because other than that I love this controller. Shameful Thrustmaster calls it a PRO controller and then I am able to wear it down and I don't really play that much daily.
How they add All the upgrades we needed but don’t let us play with a ps4 layout on a controller called ESWAP lol. I was actually considering this until I seen that
Which makes sense considering how big of a piece of shit this is controller is the headphone jack came broken and both the sticks drift super hard within 2 weeks

Hey Matt Manley, glad I could help! I'll keep the videos coming! Thanks for watching the video, I really appreciate it! Have a great day and happy gaming!
This d-pad is looks really weird, as if drawn by a five-year-old child, 2 back buttons instead of 4 this is the only 1 downside, im like this is smaller it was a good idea, i never liked the swappable grips but im a little sad the d-pad is no longer removable because you can replace it if it breaks but it's really not a big thing i still more sad about the only 2 back button, cheaper which is always great, it's a really hard choice, 2 more buttons is not too much and i never have problems with the d-pad, Great video as always, great channel, great work, thank you (as always)
"as if drawn by a five-year-old child" LMAOOOOO Yea i guess it does look that way😂 Thanks for watching the video Mark, always great to see your comment. Yea the controller is very good, its different from the X but as an xbox controller i think its one of the top 3 best ones today

Hey Leon, I see where you’re coming from but I kind of like them, they give me more control but its truly to each their own so i also get what you’re saying. Thanks for watching the video man, i really appreciate it! Have a great day and happy gaming!
Is anyone having issues with the "A" button twisting and jamming up like the eswap X did? That was AWFUL! I sent that thing back THREE times to get fixed.
So, a 130 dollar controller that allows me to remove the thumbsticks, make clickly clacky noise and allows people to trip over the wire. Or buy the elite control for 130 and its wireless, better quality and no clickly clacky.... so, why am I buying the thrustmaster? Sounds like it's just thrusting me instead of helping me.
To be honest just seems to be just a bunch of stuff i can just loose in my free time everyone lost the back cover to there official controller that came with it 😮
