Sujan Shrestha bruh thukpa is one made in variants not styles thenthuk , gyathuk , pathug and drethug. That’s all you can make dosa back at tibet or bhutan or Nepal and call it tibetan dosa or Nepali dosa or Bhutanese dosa it just doesn’t make sense you call it what it is “amdo thukpa “

I made it same till the adding veg stalk part but then I added a little more water and boiled the noodles in that. The noodles literally soaked all the amazing flavour 😍
I love all your recipes..I tried many and it came out excellent...but Garam masala I was doubtful...I really want original what I am eating in momos shop vegetarian thupka so desperately....but kudos to you yeman for all your dedication to cooking..😇😇😇
In sikkim there is a Chhetri restaurant way to new jalpaiguri to Gangtok .There is very authentic and traditional taste of momos, noodles, thukpa and many more items of Nepali and sikkim foods. I love that taste.🍜

We don’t put this kinda masala and all He is putting too much of extra masala Thukpa is suppose to be a simple dish. And it’s not thupka it is thukpa Anyways video was good Thanks for promoting our dish😊
Research shows that eating it in moderate amounts is fine for your health. If someone has issues, it may be an allergic reaction. Otherwise, its safe to add to food.
Being nepali i m not satisfied wid this recipe this is not the actual way of making soup of thukpa.. Please do more research on it.. I m not ur haters but i m really unsatisfied with this.. Thank you..
Brother "k" is silent Its "Thupka" bt we pronounce it "tuppa" 😊😊😊 Nd msg is very importnt Nd no garam masala.... Nd readymade masala just remove that from list
