You can do hilarious things with 3x Necroface and some bystials. Discard necroface for hugin, then banish it to summon a bystial. Banish 5 from both decks (to trigger your thunder dragons) and if you hit more necrofaces, you deck your opponent out a little bit more. Plays well into the banish deck out component of the runick spells as well. Don’t get me wrong, it’s cope as all hell but gosh dang if it isn’t funny when it works.
Interesting deck! How would you go about building a side for this deck? Would you recommend siding in hand traps or board breakers? What would you recommend siding out going first versus going second. Thanks for the insight!
Without baron and savage. I think evenly might be a good choice currently for going second(currently at least) I think bystials are definitely strong in side for branded Id side out a portion of Tdragons going first most likely Hope this helps!
My opponent's Runicks banishing my Thunder Dragons definitely work IN MY FAVOR!!!!!! Personally, i'm not a big fan of this mix because both engines lose their strong points. - Runicks want the EMZ free so they pair much better with Synchros while ThunDra is a link deck. - Runicks don't enable your Thunder Dragons, while drawing into Thunder Dragons during the opponent's turn doesn't benefit your Runicks. - ThunDra can run Shifter to make Solar a 1 card combo (they benefit that much), Runicks hate Shifter. - ThunDra can boardwipe and OTK very easily, Runicks prevent that. - ThunDra wants an engine to remove them from field or banish them. So in the end, Bystials are a much better mix, providing free bodies, potential interruption, but also enabling them in GY while interactions like Regained help them more in the grind (looping Colossus etc)
Just to let you know as a thunder player since 2019 , ur Titan summon is ilegal. You have to use 3 "THUNDER DRAGON" the green original one to summon it wiht the fusion
So you play that deck incorrectly for 5 years and none told you the difference between > and > If that were the case Titan would be almost unplayable, and its entire purpose is to fuse back 2/3 copies of "green Thunder Dragon" while you keep the last 1 at hand so that you can search them back one by one and destroy many cards.
@@babrad Well as i know on Rulings is written 3 original thunder dragons and also a YCS judge put me a warning for not fusioning propperly with them and using the other thunder dragon monsters.
@@babrad For that reason the way u summon it is banishing Panzer dragon and 1 more thunder monster in your hand so after that u can use the 3 times pop with the original Thunder Dragons
@@s3pr0m7 First, this isn't correct. Second, I don't believe a judge that was qualified for a YCS did what you say. Just compare Thunder Dragon Colossus and Titan. Colossus: "Thunder Dragon" + 1 Thunder monster Titan: 3 "Thunder Dragon" monsters Colossus requires the original green "Thunder Dragon". Titan requires any monster from the Archetype of Thunder Dragons. That was the point of fusing Colossus + Colossus + Titan into your 2nd Titan so you could loop back all your extra deck resources. You are 100% incorrect. I'm also a judge for oven 10 years, headjudging up to Nationals because YCSs are too far.
