That's a good deal. All of those work great in .30-06. 4064 and H380 work well in .308, .22-250 and all the way down to .223. In fact H380 was named for a particular load in .22-250. 4350 works really well in cartridges like 7mm Mag, 7x57, .25-06, .270; pretty much anything with a decent powder capacity and .30 caliber or smaller bore. Especially with heavy for caliber bullets. With those three powders, you have a pretty good selection for most rifle cartridges.
No, it won't fit. It's just the right size for a golf ball. The instructions made a point of saying "DO NOT load a projectile, such as a golf ball!" It seemed to me that "wink, wink!" was implicit but not stated.😂
