I am a heavy folders and filters user. Is it possible to have some sort of autocomplition of the folder name during filter creation when choosing the one that messages should go to? It should autocomplete for all existing folders and allow to create a new one if existing is not found.

That's a good idea! I will add this to our backlog. Unfortunately we won't be able to update filters in this cycle, but we already have plans to rebuild filters to make them faster and more flexible in the next version.
