Some highlights from this stupendous episode, Mumm-ra finds the Golden Sphere of Seti which makes him 'exactly' four times more evil! I want one of those!!
The answer's simple. The relics that gave him 3x and 5x the evil got destroyed ages ago, so he had to settle for the one that gave him 4x the evil. I miss ol' bandage brain; unlike most Saturday Morning villians, Mum-Ra was a cold, calculating mastermind, who relied on trickery and deceit as much as he did brute force.
If Mumm-ra didn't intricately outline his own plans to himself, or state the obvious so much to other characters already involved in a situation he contrived, we would never have been able to figure out what was happening.
4 times more evil. So for mum-ra, evil is a lifestyle choice. I mean he's aware that his acts are evil, so he gets a kick out of it. Now he'll get 4 times the kick.
The problem this time with the sphere though is because it makes whoever wields it so powerful it also makes them mentally unstable. In other words that sphere is too powerful for its own good
Well mumm ra has always been unquestionably loyal to the ancient spirits of evil and they probably realise that he is the best fighter they have against the thundercats and they probably also realise that the sphere does make whoever wields it mentally unstable so that's probably why he didn't get badly punished for it though he has been punished in other episodes such as the last day for continuous failures against the thundercats
@woobiwoodpecker1 In the 5 part miniseries ThunderCats HO! which introduced Lynx-o, Ben-Gali, and Pumyra. He summoned Ma-mutt from a pillar which Ma-mutt was carved into.
This is the second only episode in the original series that I actually don't blame the ancient spirits of evil of their behavior, the first is the last day.
The enchanting words he, speaks to summon the ancient spirits of evil, are his pre-workout shake lol 😂😂😂😂💯👍🏾. Then chasing the thundercats around middle earth is his Gym session 💪💪💯.
Nah, it started going downhill at Mumm-Ra lives with the introduction of the awful Lunatacs as villains and the Mutants having to take a back seat to their shitty faction of losers for the majority of the rest of the series.
