This video helped me against my panic attacks. I don't know why, but I always get panic attacks in the car when there is a thunderstorm. I would love to smash the windows and run into a house. And yes, I know that nothing can happen to me in the car. But I'm generally afraid of thunderstorms, so I used this video to counteract my fear a little. Very nice video. 😍😍😍🥺🥺🥺
