Thunderstorm/Tornado over Statue of Liberty (New York City) 

That's not a tornado over the harbor. It's the rain shaft. A lot of people mistake it for tornadoes though lol.

Wow, just wonderful! That's some pretty heavy rain, prolly a rain-wrapped tornado in there. Nice lightning captures as well!

I thought that was daylight moving in at first, until the screen completely went blind and realized it was very heavy rain. Scary but interesting!
