i started taking sunbathing,8 hrs sleep, and eating more raw food , started taking gur n honey as an alternative of white sugar , and sendha namak or pink salt as alternative of white refined salt, stopped all kinds of factory made vegetable oils or refined oil like canola, safola dalda ,i started using only desi ghee, mustard oil, coconut oil. its been one year that im free from all the diseases including 10 yrs of thyroid

Sir आप ने बहुत अच्छी तरह से समझाया है । सबसे अच्छी बात 2 चम्मच नींबू रस + 2 चम्मच शहद। DIP diet पर मैने सुना है ।गोभी नही खानी चाहिए और हरा धनिया या धनिया पानी में फूला कर ,पानी पीना चाहिए
