Most of the medicines you advised Doc I'm already taking as prescribed by my physician. But my overall health is not improving, my energy level is low and I feel pain in my body. I searched for this subject on RU-vid and stumbled upon your video. I incorporate those missing medicines which my physician did not tell me about. Thank you Doc Anshul. My life has improved significantly, I am back to my normal self after taking your advice. God bless you more Doc.
Thank you doctor. Very informative. I would like to know where can I get the correct combination of the supplement of Curcumin/Spirulina/Boswellia as I would like to shrink my thyroid nodule in natural way.
I enjoyed this video. About four weeks ago I had blood tests done and it was found I have hypothyroid. Much of what you talked about, my physician's assistant told me to take, so I started taking the zinc, selenium, Vitamin C, iodine, B complex vitamins, B12, trace minerals, some of Dr. Berg's supplements for adrenals, and adrenal cortex. (My blood tests showed that my Vitamin D levels were getting too high, so I backed off that.) I've been on a keto diet since 2017. Right away I stopped feeling cold and started feeling my energy returning. It's amazing reflecting on how tired I used to feel, once I started feeling a normal level of energy! One thing I'm adding that my PA doesn't know about: red light therapy, 20 minutes in the morning, shining the 660 & 850 nm light right on my thyroid. I can tell there's a change already.
Before doing anything else, check first TSH levels to know if levels are going to hyper or hypo. If you are going to hyper, dont take iodine rich foods so dont follow this tips unless you get professional help first.
@@funnymemes3905 13mm (1.3cm). I’m considering taking a break from annual thyroid ultrasounds cuz it causes me to have flareups every time I have one. The last u/s I had done 3 weeks ago flared me up really bad. I don’t want to allow fine needle biopsy of the nodule because I think it could aggravate my nodule. I want to do lifestyle changes instead. Do you use iodized salt or take iodine supplements?
So helpful! Would it be possible in future whenever you're discussing, explaining or recommending taking supplements to add whether or not we can/cannot take with our Thyroid medications. And if we can - how far apart to be safe. Thank you!
Sir can we take beetkvass, ie fermented drinks with apple cider vinegar for weight added. And apple cider vinegar can be taken fr a particular period or life time fr thyroid patients
Doctor thank you for the information I has been watching your videos and using them to chance my diet. I also has been drinking everyday a juice of one lime with carrots celery an beets. For breakfast I am eating oatmeal, with yogert and blackberries. A lot of salad and meat and chicken. Now I am goingnto incorporated nuts and shrimps. But i have a question about the beets, they are good for people who suffers from hypothyroidism ? Tjanks
I was wondering, I have been diagnosed with hypotyroidism for 5 years now and my doctor told me to refrain from leafy vegetables like lettuce root crops and nuts. Watching this video made me question why it is quite contradictory from my doctor's advice only on the leafy vegatbles and nuts?
Sir I had varicocele surgery 4 and a half months back still pain comes and goes, I can't sit in Vehicle properly due to this problem, what can be done?
I have para thyroid issues according to my doctor. I am told my thyroids are fine. Is this possible and can I benefit from the remedies you prescribed in this video for my para thyroid. Is there a distinction? Thank you.
Dr. Good morning. I have a question. I have 2 nodules almost 2cms each. But dr told me tsh low so she said i have hyperthyroidism. So Iodine will be good for me? I am a little confused. Please help me. Thanks so much in advance.
I got an ultrasound done on my thyroid goiter and they told me it appeared nothing was wrong with it?! Nothing to cause them concern and they sent me away. I have some thyroid swelling on one side. Its been there for a looong time. I have slowly lost weight maybe 15 pounds over several years. I have stomach issues like cramps and diarrhea which seem like IBS but i clearly have an enlarged thyroid so i dont think its IBS. I have done blood tests and usually everything is okay but my triglycerides are usually a few points above the normal range. Any suggestions on what to do at this point?
I'm not a doctor; I've been watching "hypothyroid" videos for about a month now. Do your own research into this. From what I gather, a goiter forms when the body cannot get enough iodine, and the thyroid enlarges to try to find more iodine. Have you looked into supplementing with iodine? Or eating iodine-rich foods? My grandmother was treated for goiter in the 1920s, when nobody knew what it was all about; this is one of the reasons governments started adding iodine to salt. You only need a little bit of iodine. At the turn of the century it was quite common for people to develop goiters and nobody knew why; now we know.
Has any studies been done to separate organic dairy and gluten from pesticide/herbicide/ glycosphate treated dairy or gluten. These studies need to be performed to determine if it is the dairy and gluten or pesticides and/or herbicides that are causing the inflammation or both. I am severely lactose intolerant but can consume, with no problems, organic cottage cheese, yogurt, swiss cheese and mozzarella cheese. I'm behind RFK Jr. we need to Make America Healthy Again.
How about lymph nodes on neck? They originally said I had a parotid tumor and they did a biopsy. It was benign and said I have a reactive lymph node with smaller ones around. How can I shrink them? I am doing intermittent fasting 18/6 and low carb Keto but nodes not going away although I feel that it has shrunk but not completely gone🤷🏻♀️
Hello how are you feeling I was told I have the same thing did anything get better idk anything about thyroid nodules but apparently mines is about homones idk I'm trying my best eat clean find natural ways shrink it
You are so helpful with your supplement recommendations but would you mind always adding whether you can/cannot take with Thyroid medications like Levothyroxine. And if you can take - how long before/after is best. Would be so helpful! Thank you again.
So all n all vitamins we can take everyday.which brand do you recommended for complete all this vitamins you said.i need all this vitamins in one take.
@CoffeeAndPrayerWithJoyce-fc9wx Well, calcitonin may be useful for thyroid medullary carcinoma suspects but usually you would need a FNAC biopsy of the nodule for further confirmation.
Absolutely you can. But you must also include selenium, iodine, especially, and vitamin D. No your vitamin D level. Recommended daily doses are not high enough. There’s a newer research indicating 10 to 15,000 international units is what is needed every day.‼️‼️
Yes you can, I did it. It took around 6 months. I took selenium, zinc, vitamin D3 +K2. I went gluten free also. I don't take any medication and I was not expecting my nodules to shrink.
I have multiples nodules thyroid , I did 2 times biopsy no cancerous, the last biopsy was on March 2023 I just did ultrasound on 09/05/23, the one that was 2.5 mm, is now 2mm for my Doctor, but the technician was surprised about the result she told me that they reduced to 1.75mm. even my doctor asked me what I ‘ have been doing I told here , I’m eating nuts, juice for natural and organic fruits, vegetables and smoothies every morning before breakfast, old fashion oat meal, salmon fish, sardines, organic bread with 560 mg Omega 3, chicken , running 3 days in a week for 30 minutes, manage stress, and trying to go to bed as soon I can Is not easy, keep trying The number of the size, is not Synonym for cancer Normally, they get dangerous when you start having difficulty with swallowing, breathing, speaking, the limit size is 5 mm, then you the person will go through surgery Stay blessed 🙏
