Thanks for your thoughts, do you know how the disappearance of gibbous moon shapes on fingernails disappears? the afternoon crash seems like an adrenal issue, why do you see that related to thyroid? Of course the two are a matched pair. Thanks again!
@@NNHC2019 don’t know the mechanism, but with Synthroid my moons quickly reappeared. Being under extreme stress for a long time, I’m likely cortisol resistant? Hypotension normally, 137# & people say… you don’t ‘look’ hypothyroid. If so, tricky complication to treat. Been sub clinical hypothyroid my entire life due to tetracycline poisoning as an infant. Have thyroid antibodies post vaccine and tsh shot up. Endochronologist put me on high dose that gave me resting HR 117. Endocrinologist refused screening for adrenal insufficiency. Fired him. I do have hyperpigmentation, but dermatologist burns it off couple times a year. Celiac runs in my family. This has been fun. Luckily Primary believes in functional medicine. I’ll be alright.
@@NNHC2019 Ty! today Primary visit was awesome. By time they do vitals in afternoon at office, my vitals are perfect. Showed photo of am hypotension reading on 25 mcg Tirosint. Hypotension & elevated hr. Doing serum cortisol ck. (Here’s a good one. System is wonky! Spouse. Long story short around here, Drs only get radiographers reports not imaging. I pushed and got one of his lung’s fluid drained, 1600cc! Drs had no way of knowing how bad it was! ) my Primary is all in on reading Tietilbaums ‘modern’ Ayurvedic, ‘Healing Thyroid,Hashimoto Disease. Gave him my copy. Lot of deep insights, heavily foot noted with research. My Tsh went from 63 to 5.5 in short order. Will ck antibodies next month.👍 🙌
