This is an amazing video that I think every doctor in an emergency room should be aware of when someone comes in with rage and delirium. As of now, even in 2022, these doctors will simply strap the patient down like a rabies victim, and send them off to the psychiatric portion of the hospital so that they get stabbed with antipsychotics and mood stabilizers, and then told they are clinically insane, necessitating antipsychotic medication for the remainder of their lifetime instead of getting the actual treatment for the thyroid that they really need. I kind of know from 3 times experience with 2 different hospitals.

I think Esmolol dose is 500 mcgs \ kg ( not 500 mg \ kg )
