I started playing Dota since I'm in elementary. I'm now a licensed engineer and still a Dota fan. This made me tear because it has already been a long journey and the Dota 2 community is still as alive as ever. Proud to be part of journey.
the clips are these games 4:25 ti1 ehome vs navi game 4 (start of last fight of ti1) 4:39 ti2 the play 4:52 ti3 orange vs tongfu lower bracket game 1 (early game fight in dire jungle, LD screams "they re all dead!") 5:02 ti4 cloud9 vs navi lower bracket game 3 (one of bone7's final plays in his godlike clockwerk game that eliminates navi) 5:23 ti5 6 million dollar echo slam 5:34 ti6 digital chaos vs wings game 2 upper bracket (the wtf draft of wings with pudge and techies, they actually lost...) 5:59 ti7 VP vs LFY upper bracket game 2 (ah fu steals the aegis at 49', completes LFY comeback and knocks down VP) 6:10 ti8 EG vs IG group stage game 1 (massive 4-man black hole by s4 that leads to teamwipe and ends the game) 6:28 ti9 OG vs Liquid grand finals game 4 (topson buys diffusal on gyro)
Goosebumps. The way they lifted their aegis is nostalgic esp when Matu did it. Imagine Team Nigma made it to TI10 they could have lifted it together. A dream that stays a dream. Poor miracle.
Phenomenal video, JJ Lin, Lindsey Sterling AND Darude had beautiful scores that mixed into the classic Dota bgm, paired with great editing of hype moments. The SFM clips all throwing back to the most sensational moments ...and then they show shaved Sumail KEKW
bruh it's not Sumail but it's his younger brother Yawar "Yawar" Hassan from Quincey Crew Edit : older brother (mb Sumail looks older with his fking beard ahah)
The hall may be empty, but know that it is filled with the emotions and memories of the glorious days past, the ardent fans and memories of those who are not with us today... #LakadMatatag, #NormalinNormalin
Seeing them passing the AEGIS makes me sad and proud at the same time with DOTA, its been a good time for all this time playing DOTA with all epicness and community growth so much :( #respect
I love you so much Dota 2, Thankyou for being part of my life from 2014 to 2021 it's pretty nice to think that i've been here before it goes. The memories u gave to me the enjoyment all of them thankyou so much.💗
I'm so speechless damn. Really it made me goosebumps all the way seeing them from the intro up to the finishing part where old team mates and comrades are joined and seen together once again. I never imagined how this game has evolved through greatness. It's been a decade since TI was made but it never fails to amaze me every fcking time. Lesgoo and best of luck to all participating teams. Win or lose at the end still GGWP. Congrats in advance to our next TI CHAMPS!
Goddamit i missed this live. So epic, so beautiful. It's a shame there are no live audience, it will be 100x more epic. It's been 2 years without playing Dota, but TI festive is something else. Let's watch some Dota!
Matu, the only player left to represent TI7 winner happens to be the player that got kicked out of the team. he's on the main stage now ready to fight for the Aegis, while the team that kicked him out is not even present at TI10. ahh, what an irony
Matu seeks new opportunities along with Secret since he no longer can play on Liquid with passion and confidence, btw good to see some aqw player out here
The team he got kicked from because of their TI8 result ended up placing 2nd at TI9, and it's been 2 years since then. Nothing ironic about that it's just how it goes
@@deansolano635 ikr. everyone here is so immature about that. Both parties did better for themselves. Liquid ti9 grand finals and Matu is on secret and won almost every tournament this past year. These kids would rather live in a fairy tale and think there would be some type of magic comeback
Oh my Lord can you all MatuFanTards stop crying because a player got kicked ... This is not a Netflix drama, teams are not just 5 random people playing... there's a coach, a fanbase, objectives per season and good and bad performances, ofc you won't talk about the bad performances of Matu when he was still on Liquid and what happened to his new team on TI9 right? People change, people loses confidence and motivation every year, they can recover or they cannot... And Matu had the chance to redeem HIMSELF and he's doing good, be happy for him because he deserves it right now, not because a organization had bad results this last year (if you watched this year's Nigma's Performance and you think Matu was the solution you actually have no brain)
Even so many people talked about Dota is going down, dota is trash dota is nothing now, but for me Dota is a culture of gaming alongside with CS, LOL and others who started this journey of esports thing. Realizing that im old now growing up with dota is a thing that i never knew i needed. Gaining friends, opponent, rivals enemies all around the world, build a strong community, making a friendly matches at internet cafe is not a thing that i regret at all, i gained all from dota it was a symbol of life for me. Now its TI 10 its already delayed because of covid and now it hits different because we have a year off from this but now its back. I dont care people talk about dota community is dead, people choosing mobile games more than pc's or else but for me Dota is forever. Dota is a lifestyle and culture. It will go down for the rest of my life and i will tell my kids that ive been spent so many years playing this game with friends and people that i never know i needed in my life. Dota will never dies, it remain in our heart.
Man, this hits the feels. I have been playing the game since the dawn of W3 Dota, then embraced the DOTA2 when it was released. I literally grew with the game. This is like Naruto to me. I love the game despite the toxicity. Got to say, I owe the game and the community portions of my growth, from stress, and anger management, to dealing with people and critical thinking.
First time watch this video, it's really amazing, kinda regret not watching it when it comes, luckily there's RU-vid Music, all the Champions recap, and those animated moments really give me goosebump, even when notail throwing his hair.. And never thought there's JJ Lin 😭

every ti opening is just amazed me holyshhhh the hype still there even with this pandemic situation 🔥 goodluck for every team and go win this one secret!!
awkward fact: Faith from TI2's IG may be appearing in the passing of Aegis legacy if he were to play under qualified team in China region, but he is already been perma-banned by Valve so that's why you can't see any former TI2's IG member in it (retired players & safety concern due to pandemic might take in factors too)
@@uzairnasir720 his team got caught match fixing last season or around just after TI9 together with some TI veterans and familiar names and faces, really sad that they'd stoop low just to get wins
I starting playing DOTA 2 with my friends back in 6.84. Was a cool time to play dota, secret was so hype going into ti5. I miss those days, but I no longer am friends with those dudes.
Who would think, 3 years ago that ceb would be a 2 time TI champion? Dude was literally playing with tier2/tier3 teams and was on the verge of retiring due to poor results.
@@ritchierich2793 but he successfully coach og to win major againts vp back then so even if hes not a well known as a good player he still is a great coach in the past
Man I legit teared up with the intro, the aegis passing hut just right in the feeling after 2 years of pandemic. Halls might be empty, and the crowd replaced by pre recorded screams, but the passion is there. Thank you for this amazing decade of hype, and gaming, everyone. We might flame each other nonstop in pubs, but at the end of the day, we all love this game and has strong passion about it, more so about TI.
If we think about it, nigma not playing this TI and matu join secret team really felt like a destiny aimed for this moment (matu indirectly got appreciated to lift the aegis once more)
@@Singgen yes because of covid the ticket sales wasn't good. so they just cancelled it altogether. valve was already warned about the situation but since they had a tight security protocol to control the crowd they were confident that it would somehow work..
To PSG.LGD, Please win this TI! 🙏🏻 I've been watching TI for 10 years and I'm 28 years old now, this will be my last time to watch TI and quit dota so i can move on in real life...
