But Penpa Tsering is forcefully snatched prime minister post illegally. Nobody recognized him as Sikyong in our community. He is the creator of destructive force in tibetan community. He committed blunder mistake by admitting Tibet is a part of china last year which is very well he said in RFA and other news channels.
