How can he churn hot tea in grinder. I am not able to do it. My mixer grinder user manual says never blend hot food or liquid. I once did just that and the result was hot food / liquid splatter out forcefully and my kitchen was mess. My mixer grinder jar has no clasp just like his and lid must be hold down when blending something. Now I churn/blend Tibetan tea in mixer grinder using less than warm tea.

What is the function of the butter in this tea? Could you please explain for us that are seeing this type of hot drink for the first time? Thanks!
