tibia-fibula fracture recovery exercises - don't panic

But ur video will make benifits to all those sufferer who had broke their tibia and fibula, it will motivate them for a better recovery, Due to fell down My father had broke his both tibia and filbula at 56 year on last 19 Nov 2020 , while searching post operative exercise on RU-vid I found ur video and I hope this will be more helpfull for him.

Thanks for giving me hope. I was going to my hospital for duty on my RE Thunderbird 350 when a an SUV hit me from my right side and broke both bones of my Right Leg. I had a titanium rod implanted on my right tibia and fixed with screws. I miss riding on my motorcycle and then donning PPE and working in COVID ITU. My habit of always using my helmet saved my life. Dear all on 20 Feb 2020 I met with accident and left leg fractured. I got tibia and fibula surgery done with a rod inside at the same time I was infected with life threatening DVT where my left leg swelled 3 fold of my right leg and painfull.Apart from that After my operation 3 day physiotherapist helped me to walk with walker.I tried it for 2 months with some exercises.after 2 months slowly I started walking without Walker and within 15 days I could walk,step up steps as normal and started riding Activa.My advise is only consult doctor and hear a voice from inside you.Your inner man knows about your body better than a doctor.I salute this guy who is recovered and an inspiration for all of us today.Dont be panic.Hope it is helpful.Thank you.

Inspired alot. I also had fracture on Tibia Platue and doctor inserted steel plate to fix it. My rehab programme is going on. I am not sure whether I can ride bike again like you.

Hi bro, even i met with accident , tibia and pattella broken and now taking physiotheraphy for leg folding and bending. When lying on stomach, I can bend upto 90 degrees, not able to bend much. Are you able bending your injured leg as normal one? If yes how many months it took to bend like normal ? How are you feeling now?

Hi...thank u for the very inspiring videos... I also had a 2 spiral open fracture in my tibia..right leg also..i never had an operation but having a cast for 45 days...just 2 days ago my cast off..exactly 55 days since the accident.for we wait 10 days before putting the cast coz my leg is swelling due to my wound ...so happy but still my ankle is somehow a little bit pain..just a little and its bearable pain..but my doctor told me that i can bear weight up to 50% so i did some exercises just like what you did..stretching...im looking forward to walk again without a walker or crutches and to ride again my motorcycle...

I broke my leg tibia n fibula on 2 dec 2020 . It's 4 months now without surgery. I am in cast till now n I walk with stick for support. It's paining when I bear body weight. Thanks your video help me a lot. I m on the way for recovery.

I had a bike accident on Nov 3th 2019 My tibia bones crushed into pieces and had two major operations, Doctors told me it will take at least 8 to 12 months to walk. Still now I have pus is coming out of my operated place.

Thanks for your video bro, I met with an accident in August 2020 tibia fracture. From your video I bought cycling paddle which is very helpful n doing similar exercise. I juz want to know how much time it took to bike riding again after recovery from fracture..

I also had fibia tibula fracture, undergone Orif surgery, now in 6th week after surgery, Started physio, really painful while bending knee. hats off bro great dedication and motivating me to recover fast thanks

Since i had my operation ( April 21, 2021 ) ( BROKEN LEFT LEG)....... Last June 30, 2021 i had my full weight in walking. Its a very helpful video.

Hi Sunil, B4 22 days i also met with accident, just wanted to know it's really required surgery for the same or it could be recovered with plastered only(as Dr. Did the plastered for 1st 3weeks and now again it's plastered for next 3weeks).

Hi Sunil, i’m glad you recovered so well. my tibia fibula both broke into pieces and they put 2 titanium plates insides with 20 screws. i have a question, i’m a very healthy and fit guy and now it has been 7 weeks i’m walking with 25% weight bearing with 4 leg walker. when do you think i csn use that stick walker to walk?
