Thank you for your great videos. I just returned from a week in Iceland, most of it in the southeast. Stayed in the Hotel Geysir for a night, floated in the Blue Lagoon. You helped inspire the trip. There is still so much to see, we will be back.
@@TimeWarpIceland it was a short chunky looking black and white duck shaped bird with a big yellowish beak… and the Lax at IKEA was restaurant worthy with baby potatoes and Hollandaise sauce. We were at IKEA buying pillows to sit on while flying Icelandair…the most uncomfortable, hard and undersized seats I’ve ever sat in. I swear these things to be true by the Axe of my Norwegian ancestors!
Regarding the cc errors... thinking of how I had to prep all of my company's software in 1999 and spent Y2K NYE worried that the sky was going to crash down...
We took that ship to Denmark and then another one to Oslo. It took a long time but we did get to stop for a day in the Faroe Islands. The boat went through them it was nice. but it took several days. Our Icelandic license plates on our car got a lot of attention. I will feel so much better knowing that even though my jet is burning the same amount of fuel at least I paid more.
I've got to admit. I was looking at the ads from Norrænu (the ship that sails between Iceland, Farro island and Denmark) and I really want to sail to Faero Íslands now.
