Ticwatch Pro Custom Rom Tutorial [2020] 

I forgot to mention in the video that you need to unlock the watches bootloader first. You do this by booting into fastboot and typing: Fastboot oem unlock

I know I'm a little late here, but I'm considering rooting my TicWatch Pro 2020 out of frustration. It's still on Nov 2019 security update for whatever reason. Nice Video. I still hesitate to install a custom ROM on my ticwatch pro because I'm not sure if it is possible to go back to stock. Do you think it is worth it? Sometimes the watch is damn slow, will that be improved by janjans custom ROM? Looks like janjan did upload a stock ROM now. Can you tell me if it is possible to restore stock with this? Is it also possible to relock the watch and fully restore stock state?

I have a LTE Verizon US version on Brasil, it works in this model? LTE will work without verizon?

I have the canadian version of TWP 4g/lte. the version matches the US version but im not too sure if i'd be able to root and install the custom rom with that software. any assistance would be great

Oh no..... No Google Pay whatever will I do? What app will I launch to set up the for the first time on my watch to crash the OS in to rebooting now? To make not having GP worse I only have 13 or 14 other devices that have GP. It's a good thing all of the devices I had on me that one day a couple years ago I used Google Pay weren't rooted.

Man, I would kill to have a custom ROM on my mi watch (wear os), since there is only a Chinese version I don't have access to the app store or Google services so no Google fit sync no Google assistant and need to install a bunch of crap just to make it work outside china. I don't know why I can't find anything related to custom roms on this one imo is one of the best options price is amazing specs are amazing is just xiaomi that refuses to go global with this one...
