You should add Shark Fortress. It makes OTK easier by allowing your Gaia fusion to attack twice even without your opponent having a monster on the field.

The fact that the BLS stuff is in here makes me want to get it

They didn't give you Primal Seed because this structure is mainly for Gaia. And there is a card that connects Gaia and BLS ritual. So, maybe because of it, Konami gives some additional BLS cards in the structure. Primal Seed is actually a good card. Because it is a rare card that can recycle facedown banished cards specifically, and especially it can add to your hand instead. I think there are only 2 more cards (Dragonduo and Makami) that can choose facedown banished card, and they can only shuffle the cards to the deck. . This deck is very good for new players. It can give 2 playable deck, short and straight forward combo, easy to use, and fast game. Besides that, this is the cheapest nostalgia deck for "Yugiboomer".

I started with Gaia on MD like 5 Month ago and its still my main Deck. (Not compatative but in terms of "try to make it work" 😀) It was obtainable since you got all of the "engine-cards" in one Secret-Pack "Warriors-something" it was called and it also had the BLS-Cards in it. Its a very fun Deck if you know how to make it run (i tried for a long time till i really learned its value tbh^^) , but even if it dont you can mostly do something if your deck is good structured. I for my part dont apply the rule "if its good take 3" here mostly, appart from the main engine. Since the deck tents to brick, over the curse of time i tried to reduce the risk. For example "Turtle" is a fine card, but not if you have 2 of them in your Hand. Same goes for "Portal of Chaos" 1 is a pleasure. 2 are 1 Brick. 3 a desaster... So i tried to find side-engines and there are some that run really good with Gaias imo: -Super Poly -quiet obvious... -Destrudo Dragon -let you make every lvl 7-10 Synchro you want, if you play it right... (in my case its black rose cause they can just cut every field, but your choice). -7 and 5 and 4 XYZ -to many examples but you get the picture: -Shark-Fortress -Big-Eye -Metall-Flare Dragon -Tomahawk -Link via Tomahawk -you could go into anything but it takes lots of space in you Extra-Deck... -Black Luster Soldier -also obvious... But glad to see other Gaia-Decks for once and see how other duelist approach it 👌

going first will not be an issue if you tech in some lv7 easy ss monsters to turbo summon tomahawk for a auradon-synchro play. you can put ravine+afd package to boost your consistency turbo summoning tomahawk going 1st and ftk potential going 2nd aside from summoning vortex dragon for omni negate going 1st, absolute dragon can also summon rebellion dragon > overlay > rebellion overlord going 2nd - it can smack your opponent 3x.

I really feel like this deck has some way of getting even more interesting by combining dragon and/or warrior support or a dragon or warrior archetype ( nothing meta, like Branded, as I think that defeats the purpose of something like this).

I used to use a Gaia deck back in the days when Nox was actually good at running 'ol Master Drool. It did okay. Mostly a Festival and sleep deck nothing like it's actual near tier 0 twin on Duel Links at the time but decent enough it was in the "use to build gems and CP" category. I will say you can't really claim its a tier 0 destroyer with any seriousness though. XD You didn't face Ishizu once that I saw, Runick or 60 Card Chaos which are all the ones destroying the fun of this game right now...what little we managed to rekindle. Still did better than I expected! Well done.

0:38 - Oh, yeah. It was pretty crazy. I spent a lot of gems from one of my accounts on it last year and didnt get a single One of the red UR. It was quite frustrating. They could have included the new Black Lustre ritual monster that was on the OCG for the longest time and just got to the TCG with Maze of Memories.

I ran blue eyes this event. The otk version where you use mallet and reload until you get the card that summons 3 B-Eyes by banishing all cards you control...or the numeron engine. Go second.

It’s not that it’s a bad deck but it reminds me of dogmatika where it’s just a very unforgiving archetype if you misplay you might as well but a lot of good plays

Built a deck like this months ago, it does have trouble with new meta obviously, so I need to add some cards to help it along.

That eye restrict effect resolve in the graveyard is confusing.

People complain about how bad structure decks are, but what they don't realize is that those structure decks are extremely expensive and it's good to have them by only purchasing 1500 gems. Nice. I had Gaia, had some fun with it but made it dust but maybe I will purchase it in the future.

Gaia as an archetype cannot be played easily unless if it was 1 card combo or had protection to keep up with the other boss monsters, but it has none of those, it's just a 2 card combo at best that can otk with no diruptions (you cannot count that destruction effect as a disruption in what format are you living). We need one card that searches both materials or a new gaia that can be fusion-deploymented and and searches. That's my opinion. However, you produced some nice content, well done dude!

When you talked about blue eyes at the end of the video being a meme deck, did you mean pure or all blue eyes decks? Your blue eyes punk dragon deck looked pretty good.

Looks like a fun deck. I got the structure deck because I wanted the BLS Link monster in it. Its odd that one of its searchers is a turtle with a catapult on its back... Maybe its just for nostalgia because Yugi original catapult turtle had nothing to do with Gaia the Fierce Knight. What a strange choice for a searcher.

23:40-23:46 i summoned ODL and the opponent had to send their whole field (I:P, Carrot, Blue, Gigantic, and Red) to the grave. Instant win. P.S.: i’m only .500 though. Umi Control generally either wins easy or loses hard. It can be a bit bricky.
