This is beautiful Dami..I do have a question, is the lining always needed even if the fabric is a heavy material? How do I do this style without lining?
Lining is not compulsory, but it will help you to use less of your main fabric. If you don’t want to use lining, just cut full length of each tier on your main fabric.
