I-No is the only GG character to canonically say a racial slur. In one of Baiken's routes in the original Guilty Gear XX (not A Core), when she fights I-No she says "そこの腐れジャップ！何してやがる". The word "ジャップ" is a transliteration of an English derogatory term for Japanese people. The English version translates it as "dirty Japanese girl".

Baiken's probably the most conventionally racist character in the cast given that she devoted her (pre-strive) life to hunting and killing gears regardless of their sins.

I don't know how to feel about Ramlethal's placing on this list. On the one hand, she did declare war on all of humanity with the goal of human extinction, which is discriminatory against the *human* race. However she is trying to kill everyone equally, and is mostly just being evil because she doesn't want to disappoint her mom (Ariels is in Horrifically Racist tier, btw). She also gets her own "Learning to not hate living things" redemption arc, so even if she was originally racist against humans she definitely isn't anymore. Maybe this list needs a "Used to be racist" tier.

The concept of a fictional character being racist in a story that doesn't focus on racism is hilarious to me. It's like taking a hockey team and judging their players by how good they'd be at picking locks. Now, a racism tier list for Mortal Kombat, THAT would be interesting.

I Almost think HC would need his own catagory. Its in his moniker, " Gunslinging Broken Messiah" more notably Messiah. In order for someone to be a Messiah, a savior of humanity, one most be fully devoted to the salvation of man, regardless of race or bias or wealth. Whatever salvation may be, through Christianity, enlightenment through Nirvana, or The Backyard. If we can believe Happy Chao's theme, Drift, he ultimately STRIVEs to create a beautiful world were everyone can be happy, so he'll keep on driftin' until he can. With that said, theres such a thing as being Too altruistic and good. And wouldn't you know... the moral alignment is called _Chaotic_ good. Its just as Anji said once, it's not that Chaos is unimaginably evil (and racist) , he is *too pure*, complete innocence to even understand evil (or racism). Also, apparently Happy was originally Irish as a human.
