Great video, I've used Paraffin ages, far better and cheaper than cans of chain degreaser. I find it gives a better clean. Great idea about the cloths and using gear oil (Again cheaper than chain lube). 👍
for you all out there, try chainsaw Bar Oil on your chains. it's sticky and resists being thrown off, it's what it's designed for. Also biodegradable and washes off easily. Might not be the last word in lubrication but it is cleaner. less is more try and keep the chain somewhere between moist and damp so to speak, if you put too much on it's just wasted.
@@bikerstuff2 Thanks Gary,I've got a Clarke from Mahine Mart.My last XRx had a centre stand,don't know why they dropped it.Makes things difficult to do chain maintenance.
