I got my suspension rebuilt and loving it so far still to test it out properly
Things I got done
40-445-70 - FF SPRING 7.0N HONDA AFRICA TWIN 2016, TIGER 800XC 2011-2013
SHIMS SH06 - SHIMS SH06
MOTOREX RACING FORK FLUID 5WT
SRSP - REAR SPRING RACE TECH 900-225-700LBS
SPRING LOCATING COLLAR - 12MM THICK - MACHINED
SHIMS SH12 - SHIMS SH12
MOTOREX RACING SHOCK FLUID /LT
MOTOREX RACING SHOCK FLUID /LT
RACETECH GAS FILLING BOLT
FORK SERVICE:
RESPRING FORKS AND REVALVE FORK PISTON ASSEMBLIES
SHOCK SERVICE:
REVALVE SHOCK PISTON ASSEMBLY
MODIFY SHOCK BODY TO ALLOW RACETECH GAS FILLING BOLT
INSTALL RACETECH GAS FILLING BOLT
SUPPLY AND INSTALL REAR SPRING UNIT TO SUIT RIDER WEIGHT - 94KG
SETTINGS FORKS:
COMP: 9 CLICKS OUT FROM HARD
REBOUND: 8 CLICKS OUT FROM HARD
PRELOAD: 8 TURNS IN FROM SOFT
SETTINGS REAR SHOCK:
REBOUND : 1 TURN OUT FROM HARD - NOTE SHOCK HAVING BLEED
PASSAGES SO YOU CAN NEVER FULLY CONTROL HYDRAULIC FLOW,
ALL MEANING FULL ADJUSTMENT IS DONE IN THE LAST 1.5 TURNS -
SUGGEST A PISTON UPGRADE IF MORE PERFORMANCE IS REQUIRED.
PRELOAD: 11 CLICKS FROM SOFT

Hi Chevsta yes thanks champ, doing the suspension, it did make a difference the guy at ride dynamic's in Brisbane did it and it was 1000 new springs and valves in the front and new heavier spring in the back and he did other stuff to the back as well if you email him I'm sure he will tell you what he did talk soon

I love your videos. I’ve got 2k on my tiger rally pro. I already want to piss the stocked tyres off and get some with teeth. Any chance to do a bike walk around and show us your upgrades including that sic exhaust?

Best sounding bike out there.Sometimes the cable tie shock markers travel down due to vibration?

HI Bruce hope all is well Bud I love that sound as well They don't travel down because I nip it up snug with plyers, they wont slide down hey we've done it for years, best way to measure the travel I'm buying the new CRF 300L as well to ride a bit more single track cant believe the price hey 8800 ride away Talk soon Marcio

Hi Matt it stay about the same maybe a touch height but I've got short legs and I didn't notice much change what are you trying to do Lower it or get it up ?

Hey mate some great vids. Just recently grabbed a 2021 and I'm just watching this vid where you mention that your running 30PSI in the back. I tried today lowering the PSI and the TPMS kicked in and gave me warnings and errors on the the TFT. Do you just disable this and not worry? Cheers👍👍

Hi Demonis Hope all is well One of my mates disable it, But I haven't worried about it because I put my tyres back up on the road to about 42 -45 so, I want to know if I'm running at that on the road the reason I do it 42-45 on the road is just to get longer life out of the tire How do you like it, ?? Watch out regarding the Bash/ skid plate on them they just bolt up under the sump, with a metal washer inside a rubber grommet and if you hit anything hard!!! Good by sump, 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ I did a video and you will see the result 6 weeks later and $800 later got a new sump fitted I'm looking into the SRC bash/ skid plate because it bolts up the the foot peg and the crash bar My friend has ordered one and I'm going to see his before I buy one if I go it I will do a video on it talk soon Marcio

Hi Dave thanks for the comment No I didn't watch that video before I agree with winding the front preload up, which I did but found it to bottom out hey But not a fan of backing off the back preload all the way!!! MMM I say it would be a sea saw and I say 100% would bottom out over stuff foir sure you always set the sag on the bike with preload on the spring hey but give it a go and let me know talk soon Marcio
